Perla di Ostuni is a small villa for holidays by the sea in Ostuni, 300 meters away from the Adriatic coast. The small villa is part of a recently-built complex with private access to the sea.

Perla di Ostuni is a unit in the recently built complex by the sea, Mare Blu. The outdoor area is elegant and well-furnished: the porch is furnished with an outdoor lounge and shielded by curtains, while the path is framed by the lawn. By the porch there is the built-in barbecue.
Perla di Ostuni is comfortable and furnished in Mediterranean style. It consists of a living room with dining area and sofa bed, well-equipped kitchenette, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with pull-out bed and a bathroom with shower.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 25 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 52 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
