Today it is completely renovated respecting the ancient lines and equipped with the most modern comforts, such as swimming pool and internet. It guarantees exclusive vacations for a stay in anauthentic atmosphere without sacrificing the comfort of luxury.

With its stunning five-star bio-pool overlooking the valley, the villa is nestled in a 25,000-square-meter property in the territory of Ostuni, the "White City," known worldwide for the beauty of its historic center and the goodness of its genuine food and wine tradition.
The outdoor spaces offer everything you need to feel in harmony with nature: the park of centuries-old olive and fruit trees from which to pluck seasonal produce, the porches and terraces from which to enjoy exceptional panoramic views and exciting sunsets. An enchantment is the swimming pool, equipped with a bathroom-changing room.

The interiors of the luxury villa with swimming pool are a journey into the ancient time of this structure. Among arches and vaults, domes and exposed stone ashlars, all rooms are furnished with refined taste, according to a judicious choice of elements of the highest quality and value, respecting the context.
La Dialma is divided into two units: a main dwelling and a turret.
The main dwelling has a spacious living room where there are fireplace, reading area, living room with TV, super-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area has as many as 4 bedrooms including 2 doubles with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin that can become quadruple with pull-out beds, and 1 small bedroom with bunk beds. Completing the area is 1 shower room serving all rooms.
The second unit of the villa is the independent outdoor turret, a beautiful outbuilding that houses 1 double bedroom with shower room.

La Dialma is located halfway between Ostuni and Cisternino, both 7 km away.
The vacation rental villa in Puglia is very close to other renowned Apulian towns in the Valle d`Itria such as Ceglie Messapica (8 kilometers) and Martina Franca (14 kilometers).
Within a few minutes` drive are the beaches of the Adriatic Sea such as Torre Guaceto, Fiume Morelli, Rosa Marina and Il Pilone.
We recommend visits to nearby farms with wine and food tours, the discovery of the best local restaurants and exclusive services in the villa such as chefs, cooking classes, massages, yoga classes etc.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 35 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Residential waste pick-up not present. Waste disposal by the recycling depot charged to the client or extra service with additional fee of 130€/week to be paid on site.
- La Dialma consists of a main house and an annex.
- One bathroom is outside.
- Poor telephone reception but there is internet.
- Double entrance with the presence of dirt roads to reach the house, not suitable for cars with low chassis.
