Ferienhaus Ankerherz - The house by the sea, 50 m to the beach and 800 square meter garden

Our charming thatched cottage anchor heart is located directly on the west beach on the beautiful peninsula Fischland-Darß, only 50m from the Baltic Sea beach. The beach entrance 15 is directly in front of the house and over the dyke slope, the beach and dike without stairs, also perfect for strollers and strollers.

Our holiday anchorhouse with thatched roof is fully equipped for max. 6 adults + max. 1 child up to 12 years + 1 infant up to 2 years. On two floors and 145 sqm living space there are a total of 3 bedrooms, 1 living room (massive conservatory), 2 bathrooms (1x bath, 1x shower), 2 terraces and a garden of more than 800 sqm.

On the ground floor you will reach the 1 via a generous bright entrance area. Bedroom on the ground floor, with exit to the corner terrace, with a 1.60 x 2.00 m large double bed, a large dining and games table, our library, our buffet with board games and plenty of toys for the little sailors. Also there is a Sat.-TV and an exit to the terrace of the house.
From the entrance you can also enter the spacious country kitchen with fully equipped kitchen and Jura coffee machine. In the kitchen is also our large seating area for up to 8 people.
From the kitchen you reach the massively built conservatory, which forms our living room with library. Here is our desk, Sat.TV, Blu-Ray player, DVD & book selection. From the conservatory you have a beautiful view of the garden and also direct access to the garden and the terraces. Another entrance to the back of the house leads to the garden.
On the ground floor you will also find the new shower room with washer and dryer, which are available for free use, as well as the storage and heating room and the staircase to the upper floor. The entire ground floor and the bathroom upstairs are equipped with underfloor heating.
At the exit to the terrace is also our separate large drinks fridge. Perfect for the barbecue on the terrace.

The garden is accessed via another entrance to the back of the house.

Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with a large 2,00m x 2,00m double bed overlooking the Baltic Sea, a large bathroom with bathtub and another bedroom with a 1.60 m wide bed. In both bedrooms there is the possibility to set up a child or baby bed. Both are available in the house and do not have to be brought along (on request, please note in the booking note).

In our holiday home Ankerherz you have free internet and Wi-Fi. In the conservatory and in the lower living room / bedroom there is a TV.

Our large garden offers sunny and shady places, a beach chair, a ping-pong table, a sandbox and two outdoor terraces, one of which is covered.
In the garden there is also a garden shed, which offers space for strollers, strollers and beach needs.

Directly in front of the house are three private parking spaces for your cars, which can be used free of charge.

Bring also your dog with in our house anchor heart by the sea, the dog may like to stay on the ground floor of the house and in the garden. Big plus point: In Ostseebad Wustrow you are allowed to take your dog in the time of 01. 10.-30. 04. on all beach areas with the sea. In the summer season, the dog beach can be found at the 8-9 rises.

In our prices the complete equipment for 6 adults + a maximum of 2 children in the cot is included. This includes bed linen, towels and tea towels.

The tourist tax is levied separately from the community and is additional.
The tourist tax is per day:
in travel time A (01. 05. - 30. 09.) 2.00 Euro (reduced * 1.00 Euro)
in travel time B (01. 10. - 30. 04.) 1.00 Euro (reduced * 0.50 Euro)
For dogs, the tax is 1.00 Euro in each travel time.
The settlement is done for the local community about us.

* Reductions are granted: children from 6 to 18 years, students until the 26th Year of life, seriously injured and arranged escorts.
Children under the age of 6, as well as every fifth and other persons in a family are exempted from the spa tax.
