The neighborhood is very quiet with minimal traffic - ideal for family bike rides. The garage doubles as a game room with a ping pong table for rainy days. Osterville Village is an easy walk or quick bike ride for coffee, dinner, or browsing the shops on Main Street. For beach days, Dowses Beach is a 4-minute drive. Four Seas Ice Cream (a Cape Cod institution since 1934) is about 5 minutes away in Centerville - your kids will ask to go every day.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.
