'What a shame everything was excellent until we returned to the hotel at 10:30pm in a taxi and couldn’t get a response from the intercom to get into the drop off area and to enter the hotel. I had to phone the hotel and get them to pick up and raise the gate. This part was not 5 star. Only blemish on what was a very good overnight stay. '

'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '

'Mooi verblijf! Ideaal gelegen om Auckland te bezoeken. Op loopafstnd van de winkelstraten en de gezellige haven waar allerlei leuke restaurants zitten. Parnell, het historische gedeelte ligt ook op wandelafstand. DE auto konden wij parkeren onder het hotel voor NZ 30 per dag. Prima geregeld.
Personeel erg vriendelijk en de kamer was rustig gelegen met uitzicht op he binnenplein. Wij gaan zeker terug!'
