The apartment is located on the 4th floor and consists of a spacious, modern living room with warm parquet floor and side sea views, a beautiful and cozy dining area and a modern, fully equipped open kitchen. There is also a trendy bathroom with walk-in shower and two spacious bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed for three people), one of which has an additional flat-screen TV. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes and therefore have plenty of storage space.
A guarantee damage deposit 450 euro is mandatory.
This amount will be blocked on your credit card.
After departure the deposit will be released within 7 workdays when no damage is detected and all checkout rules are followed.
