No staff. Living room furniture very uncomfortable 😣 Went & bought a recliner chair that was comfortable. Ideal location. Walking trails everywhere. Enjoyed our stay!

Bedroom carpet extremely dirty. Rest of the condo was clean. Couch was very uncomfortable. The stove rolled out every time the oven door opened and the refrigerator door should be reversed which is an easy fix. It would have been nice if there was a dresser in the bedroom for clothes. No pool or hot tub due to winter.

Cowboy Bob stay

The location, layout, facilities were all very good. The plastic cutting boards need to be replaced, and the paring and carving knives all need to be sharpened. The outside entry area and deck needed sweeping.The master bedroom window crank is broken. Hallway bathroom shower head has mineral deposits. Overall cleaning wasn't great. Plates, bowls and cups were chipped. Needs more cups and bowls; recommend getting a whole new set of dishes for 6-8 people.But we'd still book this unit again; it was comfortable, spacious, and convenient. We appreciated the outdoor space and the grassy area in the shade. It was very hot during our stay.

This was a decent rental. It was not sparkling clean (dirty dishes found) and did not have enough dishes or cutlery for the number of occupants listed. We barely cooked (no dinners) and kept running out of dishes /cutlery and we were only 3 of possible 6.

Steve's place was great, perfect size for our family (two adults, two toddlers). Literally steps to the kid-friendly pool, easy walk to the beach, and short drive to rattlesnake canyon, downtown, etc. Super clean, spacious and comfortable!

Wonderful Place

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed the location and the unit. This villa is very spacious with 2 large bedrooms and a very nice open kitchen living room area. The owner was very pleasant o deal with and got back to us in a timely manner whenever we had questions. Hope to return next year.

Cowboy Villa 2023

Had a great time. Villa was perfect size for the six of us. Villa was very clean and had everything we needed. We really loved the large private patio, just the right amount of shade and sunshine. Just a few steps to the pool. The entire complex is very well maintained.

Fantastic stay

This place is everything we hoped for. Walk out the door and the lake is steps away. Beautiful view while sitting at the patio table. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. I appreciate the red solo cups for the pool. The place was very clean. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful location and a great host.

I've stayed at Lakeshore Villas a couple of times. Steve's place is perfect for visiting Osoyoos and the surrounds. Very clean and well organized. Steve is a great host and very prompt on getting back to you. Neighbors are kind and respectful of everyone's privacy. You can't go wrong here.
