NOW BOOKING FOR THE WINTER SEASON STARTING OCTOBER 1st.

This clean, ideally located condo is perfect for couples and families who want to enjoy time in and on Canada's warmest lake. Osoyoos is surrounded by dozens of wineries and tours are available to suit any size of group. Situated steps from a large well manicured beach and walking trails you have all you could want in a dream vacation.

We offer monthly rates for a longer stay in the off season. Osoyoos boasts some of the mildest winters in Canada which makes it a great winter destination. This unit is equipped to be cool and comfortable in the summer yet still cozy and inviting in the winter.

The condo is located in a 40 unit complex, has several amenities, including pool, hot tub, boat slips for your boat and a private beach area for guests. You are guaranteed great weather during the summer, even "cool" summer days are in the high 20's and temps. average low to high 30's on summer days.

The complex also has an indoor hall to host weddings, anniversaries and other group gatherings. We are always working with other owners to plan and book larger events, such as weddings, anniversaries, reunions and any other group get together.

This is the perfect spot in Osoyoos. Across from the lake with private access, walkable to the town, as well as a lovely condo. It is clean, fresh and spacious. Plus the pool is close!

Nice, quiet location
This is a great gem in Osoyoos. We did a lot of walking and easy to get around. The unit is fully stocked with kitchen ware but lacks the basics. Pepper yes, salt no, no greasing agent but our bad for forgetting to buy butter. We did have to buy more coffee filters though. The bunk bed makes A LOT of noise. We did not use the pool area or BBQ though we enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Overall, good location, enjoyable weekend.

The unit was very nice. Loved the outdoor space for sitting and it is right beside the pool. It was a little bit of a walk to town but overall it’s a great location. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall, the price was good considering the location. However, we would have preferred to pay a little more and have some of the basic amenities included like body wash and coffee in the morning. It was just the basics and nothing more. We also had some trouble with the access code not working for us, it was like it had expired early so we had to enter/exit through the back door.

Awesome in Osoyoos
This is really lovely spot in Osoyoos, with pool access, a sheltered outdoor area, and all the amenities you would want in a getaway. It is up to date and very clean. We hope to book here again in the future.

Nice place but noisy!!
Very well stocked. Enjoyed location and quite clean! Had to wash the wine glasses as they were dusty but most things were tidy. The pressure washer man was out at 7am right outside our window for 3 hours and it was so loud and there was no notice. The bunk beds were also so noisy we didn’t sleep because any time you turned, the bed creeped. There was also no cover on the duvet - and you had to make it yourself which I didn’t appreciate. The couches were comfortable, BBQ was awesome, and it was a nice size condo.

Great family getaway location
Very clean place and Kitchen was well stocked. The host was quick to respond to any questions which was very helpful. It was nice to be close to the pool and hot tub. The grassy area and lake near by to play games or go for a swim. Look forward to going again.

This is an ideal location for relaxation in Osoyoos. With direct access across the street to the lake and a short walk up the street to rattle snake canyon amusement place, not to mention the outdoor pool, this is the perfect spot for family and kids of all ages.

Great location, clean, great beach
Lovely property on the 'quieter' side of Osoyoos. Beach is sandy and nice and close. We didn't cook anything with the exception of making coffee. We had all adults, so comfort in the beds was really the only thing I could say needs improvement. The bunk bed mattresses are probably ok for a kid but not ideal for a middle aged adult that is just waiting on anything to get a sore back! The other bed is all good, though! That being said, I woulds proabbly still stay again.

Great location for a holiday
This was an excellent location, especially if you have a dog as there is a great walking path and a dog beach right across the street. The pool space is lovely and there are lots of kids having the time of their lives there. the BBQ and deck space was great and in working order. The 2nd bedroom would work for kids but is not really suitable for an adult as there is not box spring so support is limited and there is no closet or window in that 2nd bedroom. We addressed a few other deficiencies with the owner and they were dealt with or will be before the next vacationers. The owner is lovely and was concerned that we were enjoying our stay with there. Thank you - it was a very nice week away!

Our 27th Osoyoos holiday
We had a great stay at Amiee and Greg’s condo. With the pool outside our ground floor patio and the morning sun it was wonderful. The lake lake is less than a minute from the front door. A great time!
