Lange rij voor de incheck balie, naar de verkeerde lift gestuurd en ik kreeg een kamer voor minder validen. Als je bijna 2 meter lang bent en je krijgt een kamer met de wasbak op knie hoogte is dat niet prettig.

The room has great amenity and very comfortable. The check-in lobby was very welcoming. There was a long queue for check-in. So if possible, online pre chack-in is recommended. Once done, you can make room key yourself at self check in counter, avoid long queue waiting.

A very icy walk from airport in arrival. Trying to get room service - QR code took you to an error page and dialling 9 got a no connection signal so had to walk to reception. Asked for Greg milk and sent to restaurant and waited at the bar but no one was available

Online checking followed by "quick" check-in upon arrival didn't work, nobody available to help. Only one clerk at front desk for a very long line of customers. For the price paid for the room, breakfast should be included as in so many other Oslo hotels.

This hotel was once a Radisson Park Inn and has been rebranded. I have stayed there many times, and will do so again when the opportunity arises. It is an easy walk from Oslo Gardermoen airport.

Vi trivdes der.
Romslige reine rom utan at man høyrer flytrafikken. Gode senger. Litt kjølig i spisesalen, kaffen blir rask kaldt. Elles god frokost med lang opningstid. Uproblematisk tilkomst frå flyplass da fortauet er under tak, 3 min gange utan at man må krysse veg med brøytekant. Kofferttraller rett utanfor for returen. Vi kjem tilbake ved neste reise.

Ankom rommet og temp inne på rommet var 16 grader. Ikke mulig å nå resepsjon på tlf(de svarte ikke). Fikk kontakt i baren og en person kom med vifteovn slik at temperatur ble bra/ok. Fikk beskjed at det var innstilt på denne temp og da var det ikke noe å gjøre med det. Da må isåfall flere ha frosset. Ute var det -17. Maten på hotellet var meget bra.

Convenient and comfortable
Convenient for airport with covered walkway. Easy to use self check in kiosk. Room good size, modern and comfortable. Issue with keycard and multiple walks to/from reception due to card not working… due to be allocated a room which was already occupied. Not ideal and even more so when arriving at 01:00 and having these issues.

One of the longest check in ever seen. Long line of people and long time to get checked in. Self check in did not work with Hotels reservation number.

Dyr og kjip opplevelse
Kom med fly rundt midnatt og skulle videre neste morgen. Tre små barn og to voksne. Bestilte familierom for nesten 6000 kr. Siste rom, stod det det var, da jeg bestilte og betalte. Da vi kom til hotellet halv ett på natta fikk vi høre at det ikke fantes familierom på hotellet. Vi skulle heller få to rom med dør mellom. Da vi kom på rommene var det ikke dør mellom. Vi hadde bare fire sengeplasser til fem stykker. Litt fram og tilbake, før vi fikk inn en ekstra seng på ene rommet. Det var kaldt på rommene, bråkete ventilasjonsanlegg, putene var for store og kaldt vann og dårlig trykk i dusjen. Frokost var ok, men de hadde ikke laktosefri melk, som det bør være på et hotell.
