The room was clean, pretty nice amount of space, great little washing machine and a washroom with an air dry setting for clothes. There are two large trash bins (for recycling and trash), and I do think if we had filled them we were able to request a pickup if needed, additional clean towels were also available, but only on request. Room with beds has a small table/folding chair set for use but it is a bit tight so we did not use (triple single beds). Reasonable amount of storage (closets) counter space is minimal in bathroom, a little shelf would be nice in sink area. My major complaint was that we requested some extra pillows and told it was not possible to have, the beds are pretty firm and the pillows a bit flat, they do give you one pillow for bed plus a very firm throw pillow so this was disappointment. Additionally there was exactly one of everything for each person in the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a couple extra utensils/bowls. A hand towel for kitchen and some salt/pepper/basic cooking oil would have been nice as well, there was dish soap and sponge and good cooking appliances. There was one cleaning done during our stay of 8 nights. Location was around 13 min from major transit hubs which was nice. There is great supermarket nearby (5 min), plenty of drink machines and some convenience stores (2-7 min). Area is quiet and clean. The pin to enter room is a little long, room keys would be nice, but the pin pad does the job. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
