We have stayed at the property twice and loved it each time. Our daughter had a soccer tournament at the high school so we would rent this beautiful condo for us and some family for the tournament weekend. The place is always clean and we have never had an issue with communication. The directions are clear and pets are allowed! We love enjoying the evenings on the balcony overlooking the water.

Condo was nice and comfortable. Shower head had to be replaced and master bed had not been changed. Mary (not sure of her title) replaced shower head and she did remake bed. We enjoyed our stay the only minor incident was not receiving check in information before we arrived. However, owner was very sweet and we were satisfied.

A Comfortable, Restful Stay

My sisters and I spend a week at the Lake every Fall. We have stayed in a number of condos, and this property is among the most comfortable and inviting. The owners have apparently thought through every detail! We had everything we needed--and more. The beds were comfortable. The location is close to everything, yet quiet. The property was advertised. The hosts did not respond to multiple attempts via phone and email for important questions. So was disappointed in this. And when we had issues with ice maker and coffee makers they really didn’t seem to care so had to figure out a fix on my own.

The condo was perfect. The entire place was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil, plate or cooking pan needed. The location on the lake at mm20 put us by boat right in the middle of so many attractions, restaurants and taverns. Highly recommend the condo.

Very nice weekend stay away

We had a great time while staying in this property during this weekend. The location is convenient to go anywhere but it’s quiet enough away from any crowded area. Loved fishing there. The property is perfect for us, very clean. We had everything we needed during the stay. Would be back to the same property next time.

Good but a little stressful

The condo was very nice and comfortable. Weather was nice in October. We visited Ha Ha Tonka State Park and enjoyed the beautiful Spring Hike. I was stressed by the message I received the day of arrival. It mentioned a possible additional $30 cleaning charge if I didn't vacuum the dog hair before leaving. It made me wonder what the $100 cleaning charge covered. It only costs me $40 to get my entire house cleaned. I felt there were a lot of additional add-on charges for this visit. The stay was nice, I removed one star for the last minute stress.

Spacious stay with a good view

This condo was a great stay with more than enough room for our group. The primary bedroom has a beautiful view out of the patio. One note: if you're bringing a pet, know that this location has a bit of a hike up a hill and either up a few flights of stairs or up an elevator attached to the other building. That was our only comment for this location, but our pups didn't necessarily mind the extra walks. :) We arrived after Labor Day and it was incredibly quiet, so it was a very nice, relaxing stay for us.

The condo was nice, clean, well cared for. Lots of stairs but worth it for the accommodations. The one area that could use vast improvements is the boat slip. They would be hard pressed to find a rougher place to park boat. I was nervous every morning to go down and get the boat ready in fear that my boat would be all beat up from waves. The property is very clean and in a quiet location. Plenty of space for 5 people and a large balcony overlooking the lake. The only issue we had, was that the grill ran out of gas on our first evening. We had just put food on it to cook. Other than that, everything was great.

Nice condo w/ boat slip

This is a very open spacious, clean condo. The pool is a nice plus. We chose it because it was on the lake with a boat slip. Great location for on the water dining ( drive your boat). Management / owner were on top of all calls and check in was very simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice pool and good for kids

Nice place, FYI this unit is a third floor walk up. Comfortable community space although more kitchen chairs would be nice. We used all the bedrooms and the hide a bed in the living room. The kids loved the pool. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to run, but everything else was perfect.

Property was easy to find. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was great. When we were there large mouth bass were spawning. From the balcony we could see these huge bass over their spanning bed. Only complaint is about the boat slip. I had brought along my fishing boat. I had to tie the boat up away from both sides of the slip because of the continuous wakes caused by the larger boats out on the lake coming in and tossing by boat all over the place. If I would happen to stay again at this property I would leave my boat home.

Belated Spring Break

This place is huge! Three bedroom K, Q, and T. Two bathroom, tub and shower combo. Master suite bathroom Jacuzzi tub and stand alone shower with a double sink. Closets are also very spacious. Kitchen was well stocked, most I've seen in any VRBO. Plenty of seating at table and bar. Lots of space in the front room with TV's in three rooms and DVD players. Balcony is also very large with seating at a table for six and a couple of rocking chairs. One of the nicest places I've stayed in ever.
