Pelican Bay Condo Building 3 Lower Level Unit 304 This COMPLEX is a Very Calm and Quiet Place, we have a Strict Quiet Time rule that starts at 11pm. We would love to have you stay BUT also have close relationships with the neighbors and everyone deserves a relaxing time at the lake!

Waterfront 2 Bedroom, 2 bath condo. Boat launching is in same cove at Surdyke Yahmaha 26 MM on Pelican Bay Drive on way to Condo Complex, call for hours and launching fee, 573-348-9283. NOTE- launching site is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Please call ahead of time., inside Margarita Ville there is a RV PARK with Boat Launch and the number is 573-200-6685 (laketimeozark.com) I believe this is a self serve ramp, This complex is located in the Heart of Osage Beach and is close to all the activities the lake has to offer. We are located by water on the 26 MM. Close to Shorty Pants, & Red Head Yacht Club and in the same cove as MARGARITAVILLE!

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with a Master Bath attached. The Second Bedroom has a Queen size bed and a Twin XL, we have a inflatable Queen size bed for overflow guests. There is also a common shared Full bathroom in the hallway.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need if you are cooking. The deck is COVERED. Enjoy sitting there in the morning drinking your coffee or an evening while enjoying your favorite drink and watch all the boats go bye.
We offer free wifi, all linens, bath towels, hand soaps, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The Pelican Bay Condominium Complex is one of the most popular complex's due to the location (Heart of Osage), the swimming pool and the covered picnic area at the pool is great for family get togethers. Fishing off the docks is allowed so bring your fishing poles. You may need fishing permit.

We are centrally located to all the entertainment; golf,shopping, miniature golf, go-cart tracks, restaurants. We are only 2 miles from the Lake Regional Hospital for any emergency need!

Waves and Wheels Boat Rental / Adventure Boat rentals are walking distance from the condo, attached to the property.

We would love to have you stay at our condo! We take pride in our condo and the cleanliness of it. We hope you enjoy it as must has we have enjoyed getting it prepared for you!

*Key code will change 15 minutes after check out time and cleaning service arrives promptly at 11 am. on check out day.

*Must be at least 30 years old to rent. Sorry, no exceptions.

*Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed

*List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence

*Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.

*Guest responsible for any damages they cause

*Quiet hours: 11pm-9am

*Pools open before Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend

*Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.
