When we arrived the room was not ready, even though we had got there in time for check in. We were then made to wait for 30-40mins before given a room. Before arriving I had emailed to ask for a room with a bath tub as I was travelling with a small baby however we were given a shower room and after explaining several times they gave us a travel tub which was not suitable for our baby. Within a day of our stay there was a leak in our room which caused a huge puddle on the floor, I nearly tripped holding my baby but when I had explained this to the reception staff they did not take this seriously and one of the receptionists even laughed and said this is totally normal! Managers were not great either, we had raised the issue with them and they were not very accommodating. There is a language barrier making it extremely difficult to communicate and they failed to understand us on numerous occasions. It became quite frustrating to get our point across and in the end we just accepted that this resort isn’t what it makes out to be. The resort itself is lovely but customer service needs some work.
