'Mattresses had dirt, debris, could be dead bugs, perhaps cockroach fecis. The owner said i should have called and they would have sent someone over to correct it. I shouldn't have to deal with this filth in the first place. Just disgusting. We left immediately and drove to san juan staying at Wyndham. I stayed at 5 other locations and none had mattress with filth like this.'

'We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed breakfast on the shaded patio. There are food trucks and a bar in walking distance and the host was very communicative. The home is well lived, but the AC in the 3 rooms worked well and we slept comfortably.'

'The apartment is very nice. Very clean, air-conditioned and peaceful. The hospitality of the owner was great. She was very kind and greeted us upon arrival. Overall, my stay at Family Villa was great. I look forward to booking again to stay in the near future. The apartment is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, pharmacy and about a 45min drive to San Juan. Very great location. I will definitely recommend friends and family to stay at this location.'

'Only stayed for one night but it was a nice place. We needed a last minute booking and when she had a cancelation she allowed us to have the bigger unit since there was 6 of us! Monthly pest control inspection available on site which was a big pro in my book! Quiet location. No wash clothes tho! Overall a good stay! '
