Margarita Manor was just remodeled in 2026, making it the perfect oceanfront oasis for your next vacation. This home sits directly on the ocean along one of the rare traffic-free beaches in Volusia County, and it's outfitted with everything you need for a fantastic beach trip!

Ormond Beach is a quieter beachside town, home mostly to full-time and seasonal residents. It offers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still being just a 15 to 20 minute drive from most of Daytona Beach's popular attractions and events. Margarita Manor sits directly across the street from a Publix shopping plaza with restaurants, shops and Florida's favorite grocery store, and many more restaurants and shops are within a mile and a quick walk of the home.

The first floor of the main house holds three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a garden tub, double vanity and spacious walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, its own separate access to the pool deck and an ensuite bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower. The third bedroom on this floor is perfect for tiny travelers, with two twin over full bunk beds and two twin trundle beds, sleeping up to 8 guests in this room alone. It also features a TV and dark curtains to help little ones rest up after a day of fun in the sun.

The second floor's open floor plan offers endless oceanfront views. The oceanfront living room features a large sectional and a smart TV, and the dining area sits next to the fully remodeled kitchen, which is fully stocked for all your cooking needs with extra counter space between the kitchen and dining area. Next to the coffee bar, a cozy window seat is the perfect spot for your morning cup. A bathroom near the kitchen serves this level, and the second floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The home also includes a convenient laundry room, and every bedroom has a TV.

Just off the living area, the oceanfront balcony was fully remodeled in 2026 and now offers a completely shaded space with luxurious furniture, perfect for enjoying the ocean from an elevated view. It also includes an outdoor dining set for meals al fresco right next to the main kitchen.

The private outdoor oasis truly sets the tone for your trip. The oceanfront pool is surrounded by a sundeck with an abundance of outdoor loungers, and from the sundeck you can walk through your private wooden beach entrance and straight onto the sand. Please note that while the weather here is warm nearly year-round, this pool, like most pools in the area, is not heated. On the other side of the pool, the covered patio offers an outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge, sink and propane grill, along with a luxurious lounger and an outdoor shower.

The covered patio connects to the pool house, which includes a guest bedroom with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and the garage. Detached from the main house, this room is a great retreat for anyone seeking a little quiet from the hustle and bustle. Please note this is the only room in the home without heat. It does have A/C, and it's rarely cold enough here to need heat, but please keep this in mind if booking in winter.

Please note that this home can accommodate a maximum of 12 adults. The home sleeps up to 16 guests only when the group includes children.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during spring and summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday during those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

This home includes a 2-car garage and a driveway, allowing for up to 4 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent. Please be aware that the garage door is fully manual, so it will need to be opened and closed by hand if you'd like to use it. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
