  • Dit goed onderhouden huis in Saltbox-stijl ligt op korte afstand van het centrum van Orleans en is handig voor alles. Het is slechts 0,3 mijl naar het fietspad en 1. 6 mijl naar Skaket Beach. De grote met gras begroeide tuin is privé en ruim. Het schattige achterdek is uitgerust met een elektrische grill en tuinmeubilair. Een kombuis, woonkeuken voor vier en de comfortabele tv-kamer, grenzend aan de keuken, heeft schuifregelaars op het dek voor gemakkelijke toegang tot de barbecue. De grote woonkamer heeft een flatscreen-tv en het eetgedeelte biedt plaats aan 6. Een kamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en een complete badkamer met bad en douche maken de eerste verdieping af. The location is great...just a few minutes drive or bike to Skaket Beach and ten minutes to Nauset.

Reviewer Comments: The house is lovely and could use a little updating.The vacuum cleaner needs a new bag, the trees/weeds exiting the property on the right needs to be trimmed, it's hard to see on coming cards, and the gutter needs to cleaned. But I would recommend this place, it was nice to be close to town.

Nice Place good location

The House is located in between the 2 main beaches of Orleans. We went to both of them by Bike with the familly. The hous is well equiped but appliances are quite old, but worked well. The basement was the only negative point, a lot of spiders, insects and webs...

Enjoyable

Loved the location, yard, Newley painted trim& walls . Very spacious rooms. Furnishings tired , deck new however chairs could use matching cushions . Twin beds old and very noisy should be replaced . Loved the TV’s . Kitchen fully stocked with cooking needs . May stay 2 weeks next year if suggested changes are made ..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is so much bigger than expected. It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. My family enjoyed the outdoor shower and porch. The location of the house made going to the beach, shop, dine, and watch the sunset just minutes away (or walk/bike). The only recommendation we would make is to have a gas grill instead of electric.

Also it felt like the air conditioning was being controlled offsite. We would put the air conditioning temperature down and we get back and it would be hot again

Cape Serenity

The home was just as advertised! Very clean, everything we could need was here, except for the grill. The grill is electric and it didn’t work. It’s also very small and we’d suggest getting a grill that a family of 4-6 can easily cook out on. Location for us was perfect because we enjoy the National Seashore beaches, Chatham and Provincetown! We would stay again and again provided there is a working, larger grill!
