Swimming Pool:

The Pool area has open views and has a 26' x 12' heated pool with seperate jacuzzi. Around the pool is an extended decking area for sunbathing, provided for your comfort are 4 sun loungers and table with umbrella to seat up to 6 people. The whole area is screened to keep insects out but lets the sun in. Pool and jacuzzi heat is optional and has a charge of approximately $40/day including taxes.

Living Room / Dining Room:

A comfortable room for relaxing with ample seating including a 3 seater sofa and two 2 seater sofas.

The large dining table seats up to 6 people.

Family Room:

The spacious family room, which overlooks the pool area, has comfortable sofa's and an entertainment centre comprising of a large screen cable TV, DVD Player, plus a CD stereo player. For your enjoyment we have also provided a Playstation with a selection of games for little kids and big kids. We also have a selection of board games and books.

There is access to the pool via patio doors.

Kitchen & Breakfast Nook:

The spacious fully equipped Kitchen includes an American Style oven, Fridge with freezer compartment, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle and Coffee maker.

Within the garage there is a utility area which has a washing machine and tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Games Room:

A fully fitted games room with table football, full size pool table and air hockey game.

Wireless FiOS internet access available for use with your portable PC.

En-Suite Master Bedroom:

The room is complete with King-Size bed, nightstands with lamps, Cable TV, hairdryer, separate spacious walk-in wardrobe.

The en-suite has a walk-in shower, corner bath, basin and toilet.

En-Suite Bedroom 2:

This room is complete with Queen-Size bed, nightstands with lamps, Cable TV, hairdryer and walk-in wardrobe.

The en-suite has a bath with glass shower enclosure, basin and toilet.

Bedroom 3 and 4:

These are each fitted with twin beds and have fitted wardrobes.

In between both rooms is a family bathroom which has a bath with a glass shower enclosure, basin and toilet.
