The property has a RING doorbell, central air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV in all the bedrooms. There is 1 laundry room, washer and dryer with ironing facilities.

** Parking is prohibited on the street and will be subject to towing. It is also prohibited to park trailers, minibuses and jet skis anywhere in the community. **

Extra Services:

POOL HEATING: $30 per day (minimum 3 days)

GRILL: $95 with 1st full propane tank and cleaning provided.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for garbage collection. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacle on the side of the house. No loose items in trash receptacle or open bags permitted.
