Description

As you step inside the home you are greeted by a spacious lounge area where you can either enjoy a game of pool or a game of cards at the 3 seater poker table. Walk through the door to your left and you enter the games room proper, equipped with a pool table, ice hockey table, and foosball table. Two full size arcade games featuring Mortal Kombat and Ms. Pac-Man Galaga complete the fun packed activities.

Beyond the lounge discover an expansive open living area, boasting a large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a dining area, and the family room, featuring a U-shaped sectional facing a 98" smart TV. Sliding glass doors open up to the inviting lanai and private enclosed pool and spa with extra large patio, fully screened in deck and separate pool bath, perfect for year-round relaxation and entertainment. Revel in the luxury of the heated, resurfaced pool/spa, or sit at the table and chairs under the super solar pool screen where you can enjoy some shade. There is one master bedroom on the ground floor with private full bath and a separate half bathroom.

All other bedrooms, along with the laundry room, are located upstairs. The grand master en suite with tray ceiling features a king-size bed and lounging area, walk in closet and bath containing dual sinks, soaking tub and stand alone shower. There is a third king master en suite bedroom on the second floor. A further king bedroom, a Toy Story themed twin bedroom, and a Harry Potter themed bunk bed room hidden behind a secret door, all share a common full bathroom.

Conveniently situated between I4 and Ronald Reagan Pkwy, Windwood Bay offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, with Walt Disney World a mere 15 minutes away and Universal Orlando just a 25-minute drive.

For guest comfort, the spa/jacuzzi can be heated upon request for an additional fee. Please note that the pool will not be heated -- only the spa/jacuzzi will be heated.
Spa heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for **Min 3 nights $116 plus tax 4 nights $140 plus tax 5 days $164 plus tax, 6 days $188 plus tax, 7 days $212 plus tax. 8+ days $30/per day plus tax.

This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.

Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival.

Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company, and they will need access to the pool/Spa area. On rare events they may have to come a 2nd time. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday's etc. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out of it so that they can perform their work. Generally, the pool service takes approximately 30 minutes.

Landscaping services are performed weekly by a professional landscaping company. They will need access to the lawn/bushes around the home including any fenced in back yards. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday's etc.
