Nice Family Home

This property was great for multi-generational family. Plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. My only suggestions would be to have a larger trash bin and more towels (possibly adding pool towels) available for use.

The house accommodated my family of 14 so well. Plenty of rooms and beds. No real issues. We did have to buy a cookie sheet as there wasn’t one when we wanted to cook some pizzas.

Vacation wonderland

The Solara property is as described. Wanda responds quickly. Location is short ride to Disney, Sea World or Universal. Besides enjoying the home’s pool and spa, the resort has a huge pool, kiddie pool, and sports area. Definitely would stay here again

Family Stay for Theme Park Play

My family and I stayed here for 5 days for the purposes of visiting Volcano Bay and Universal. The house is 30-45 minutes from Universal depending on traffic. The Good:The house was big enough to comfortably fit our group of 11 and Wanda was a very responsive host. There were enough dishes and cutlery for all of us and there were clean towels available for each guest. There were extra garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and washing machine pods left for our convenience. The Bad:The fans were covered in dust, the bathrooms had a build up of soap scum, and the cabinets above the microwave had a thick layer of grease on them. There aren’t any kitchen towels provided so we had to buy our own for cooking. The pool table and air hockey table have seen better days, you can tell that the pictures in the listing were taken a long time ago. They still work but the pucks on the air hockey table don’t move well and the pool table isn’t level. These amenities were part of the reason we chose this house over others so that the kids would have things to occupy them while in the house, so it’s good to note if these are important to you. There’s also only one parking space in the driveway. Not a deal breaker by itself, but I would’ve chosen a different house if I had known beforehand.

Perfect for a group getawat

Needed a place for a getaway with a group of teenage boys and this house fit our needs to a tee. The house has a ton of space, the boys loved the pool (paying to have it heated was worth it), and the location is perfect. We did mini golf, escape room, and hit Magic Kingdom and nothing was more than 20 minutes away! Definitely recommend!

Orlando Trip

My friends and I all enjoyed our stay!!! The place was very clean a lot of space to hangout. We came to go to the Halloween Horror Night in Orlando. It was an awesome time and couldn't have been more happier with our experience! After a long night of walking being able to all gather watch movies and play games was a lot of fun! Definitely recommend for a big family group or friends!!

Great location

My group consisted of 16 people between the ages of 2 to 66. There was more than enough room for everyone. We loved the location of the resort with it being in the middle of Disney and Legoland. The host was very responsive and answered promptly.

Another GREAT vacation!

This was our second stay at this property. Our son has special needs, and coming back to the same house makes it easier on him. The house is great and works very well for our large family. Having the game room and garage with the pool table, being air conditioned is definitely a plus. The communication with the property manager is excellent. The house is clean, could use a deep cleaning, but nothing that would stop us from returning. The proximity to all things Disney is perfect. In fact, we’ll probably book this property for a third time.

The house was beautiful and spacious it was enough room for all 13 of us. The house need some update to the decor. The maintenance up keep of the house needs improvement. The Island dining room chairs were worn and torn the corner walls were chipped with Damage Done to the wall some of the walls need to be repainted and some of the walls you can tell where they went and touched up the paint but it didn't blend in you can tell where it been touched up the overall upkeep the pool was dirty with trash debris The Patio area need to be pressure washed but we will return again the house is beautiful

Very unprofessional

The property appeared to be well stocked things that was not up to par lake of linen towels , when I go on Vacation I not anyone should not have to fight with bugs also in room #6 the bed had slacks that are to short making my nights sleepless the patio table was unsafe especially for toddlers and the elderly NiOW here where I really got frustrated. I called the house a.k.a. property manager. They came out, took the table was aware that we was having a birthday party for my 94 year old mother said they was going to go get another table and bring it back. Ignored every phone call I made to them except when I called them to add onto the rental meeting. I wanted to pull heated. They called me back ASAP and took my money have her come. They never came and addressed the issues about pants. They never brought back a table with made things really difficult for that, big family and that little house and then really I would not never ever ever ever recommend anybody to come to your utilize your facilities because this is how you treat me. You’re gonna treat other people like this and then that’s not good and I will make sure I share this information with my military family, my military community not to come and I’m going to also tell my family members to let their friends know and they’re different parts of the states the day flew down to come have this fun and enjoy Orlando but this really really sad unprofessional property of yours. I wanna make sure I post this information

Just the right fit

The house was exactly as expected! Check in process was super easy. Plenty of space for all of us, 15 total including 8 kids. The only thing that would have made it better was pool towels but we made it work by just washing the regular towels often. Easy access to the main road that had stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!

Spring Break Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed the home. The photos were exactly as the house looked when we checked in. We had enough room for everyone to have their own space. The kids really enjoyed the amenities of the house, especially the pool. If I could suggest maybe putting something over the front door window because you can see right through the house. Also maybe putting some string lights outside around the pool to be used at night. The pool did have lights inside but it was kind of dark outside around the pool. Other than that we would definitely be booking this home again for our family. Beautiful home.

Good communication and nice house

Overall house was clean with nice rooms and a lot of space. Very nice community area, however it is located across the fairly busy road which was the only downside but not a deal breaker. Grill is small and not the best, especially for an extra charge. Very little left in the house to use- just an FYI no condiments or anything. Owner very quick and responsive, which is appreciated. Would recommend
