The Neighborhood:

📍 Reunion is a guard-gated resort community in Kissimmee, just off I-4 and near Walt Disney World. Palm-lined streets, landscaped common areas and the leafy Linear Park make it a peaceful place to come home to after busy park days. Publix, Aldi and CVS are all about 5 minutes away.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended to explore the Orlando area and make the most of your stay. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 29 minutes away.



🅿️ Parking & Gate Access

Reunion is guard-gated, and all drivers must be registered before check-in. Please park only in your home's designated spaces; overflow parking is not permitted.



🚫 Not permitted on the property: boats, trailers, RVs, campers, and commercial or construction vehicles.

🛡️ Damage Protection — Choose One

• Damage Waiver: a small, one-time, non-refundable fee that covers minor accidental damage during your stay — so you can relax without worrying about small mishaps.

• Security Deposit: a refundable deposit, returned in full after check-out as long as there's no damage. Refunds usually take 2–14 days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

📌 House Rules

🚭 No smoking indoors — $2,500 fee plus odor removal

🎉 No parties or events — $150 fine; eviction without refund may apply

🗑️ Trash must be properly bagged — $150 cleaning fee otherwise



📷 Cameras & Noise Monitoring

An exterior camera covers the front doorbell. There are no cameras inside the home. An indoor sensor measures noise levels only — no audio is ever recorded — to help respect community quiet hours.



📭 No USPS Deliveries — USPS leaves mail and packages in the mailbox, which we don't have access to. Other carriers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon) deliver to the door and are fine.
