The house itself was very clean. The pool wasn’t very warm and the spa wasn’t hot and jets barely worked, they did seem clean. The pool area (decking) was filthy, green mold growth everywhere,the pool cage was very dirty with green mold growth along with the fencing. Stephen did come out a couple times the first few days in regards to pool and spa heat/jets but it never worked better. It was chilly our first week there so we didn’t spend a lot of time out by pool because it was to cold without the warmth of water. When I messaged him about issues of all the filth and mold he made me feel like I was making it up because we didn’t mention those concerns sooner but like I said we wasn’t out there much the first almost week. I can include messages between us if needed.
