The house itself is very nice. The pool and patio area is desperate need of a deep cleaning and renovation. It took me two hours to sweep and clean the patio area up. The pool water had no chlorine and was growing algae on the steps and all along the pool surfaces, from the pool sides to the bottom. I immediately called Andreanne the property manager and informed her how nasty the pool and patio area was. She told me she would call someone and get back with me. This was early afternoon. She never got back with me and I called her back around 4:30-5pm and expressed my frustration. It was until then that she had someone come. The next day, the chlorine levels had to be so high to kill off the algae that it bleached out our swimsuits. I called her once again and received the same song and dance, “I will call someone and get back with you”…. Never heard back from her and we were out of the money of our ruined swimsuits. There is also a massive tree that is covering the entire pool area that desperately needs to be cut down. The neighbors to right of us had 2 dogs that barked 24/7 and the neighbors to right of played music so loud and smoked marijuana it was awful. I can not honestly recommend this home because of these reasons.
