Lucaya Retreat is a beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhome located in the charming Lucaya Village Resort. This spacious home offers two king master suites, a full bedroom, and a twin bedroom, all thoughtfully designed for comfort and fun.

The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and a cozy living room with comfortable seating—ideal for relaxing after a busy day. Situated close to popular restaurants, shopping, and just a short drive from Walt Disney World®, this townhome combines convenience with style.

Guests have full access to the community’s family-friendly amenities, including a zero-entry pool with Jacuzzi, clubhouse lounge, fitness center, game and play rooms, and a business center—perfect for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Home was beautiful. But that's about it. We never got a gate code after asking numerous times, we were constantly getting stuck at the entrance gate. The room was very poorly supplied. No paper towels, dish washer detergent, one roll of toilet paper, very, VERY few towels and they STUNK to high heavens. We had to wash them before even using them. And had to wash them every single day bc we had 2 to a bathroom. No math mats. Or rugs, my 2 year old grand daughter fell getting out of the tub bc nothing to put there. The carpet was pretty old and wrinkled and strained. The dish washer would've even wash a sippy cup out on high temp wash. The dryer take forever to dry. The water there STINKS so bad. Now about our stay: i washed towels before could use them bc they STUNK, i cleaned up the whole house stripped all the beds, took out all trash, swept, (i did not vacuum) i wiped all the furniture down when i got there bc it was dusty and me and my grands have allergies, and i cleaned it again before i left. Upon leaving, the girl was there pushing us out the door at 5 till 10. Now. I'm on my way back home and get an email blaming me for a stain on the carpet (that i seen the first time i walked in the place) they want me to pay 15 for a coaster (they're calling it a mat for hot pots) that's "burnt looking" saying i burnt it but it was like that on the night stand when we got there. AND they want me to pay for 2 kings sheets and 2 queen. Continue on next review

Villa review

Such an easy straightforward way to see Orange County. Description of villa was accurate, clean, basics supplied enough until you get to a shop, which if you leave village and go right Aldi is 10 minutes away or 20 minutes to Walmart if you go left . Excellent internet access and what a blessing a washer/ dryer we’re. Fantastic value for money.

Great location

This property was perfect for families and super close to the Disney parks. There was a night or two with loud parties and music but it didn’t last all night. My biggest complaint would be the beds in each room and there was a musty smell to the apartment. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Other than that it was a decent spot for familiea.

Great place and spot

Townhouses was as expected based on listing. Great location and felt safe. Check in was easy. We have 4 young kids and noise is always a concern, not only did we not hear anyone else no one complained about us lol... felt private for a townhouse community. Management company has not responded to a check out question I had emailed 24hr before check out. We had no issues so I didn't really care about there response, although the tub/shower drains did not drain we just didn't use that one. Hopefully they will resolve the simple maintenance issue before the next guess, but seeing other views mentioning the drains they probably won't. All in all we had a great time and loved the place and will definitely book the unit again for our next trip (Maybe I'll bring draino).

Florida vacation

I’m going to bullet point some things and explain Cons: There was mold in the upstairs shower. (The house is set on 75-80 when we left- might be the reason for the mold.) All three showers had trouble draining. Not enough towels- needed more towels and toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags. Some lights were burnt out. Some power outlets were not working Pros: Location was PERFECT Price was very nice Check in was EASY Parking was simple Clean home Nice space and bedding Overall- we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Orlando. The communication part was a little off- putting at first- I would ask questions and they would be very short responses, but that’s fine. Very nice and simple. We came with friends and all enjoyed our stay.

We liked that the location was Close to places we were attending. We had easy assessable parking. Security- car with lights on, but no one in the car.. unit where we stayed was nice, needs to be updated(carpets appeared unclean), shower curtain had mold on it, but we were given a new one. Only 1 of toilet paper, washcloth provided for each bathroom. Air conditioner did not work the whole time we were there (maintenance discovered antifreeze leak). But we made Things work. Loved the Little lizards that greeted us!

Loved the condo.

The condo was nice, just what we needed and great location. The carpet does need to be replaced and they ask not to turn the thermostat below 72, so if you like to sleep in cooler temps., this is not the place for you. We were luckily there during cooler temps. and were able to open the window. There is also a fan in the downstairs closet that helped us stay cool at night.

Overall Good

PROS: Super easy check in....just show up, type in the provided key code and you're good to go. We found the property to be as described and everything in working order. More than enough room for our group of six with all the amenities of home. TV is set up for local channels as well as capability to sign in to Prime, Netflix, etc. Pristine quiet neighborhood where you feel safe. Convienent to parks, walmart, grocery, uber deliveries, etc. We stayed during somewhat cool temperatures and found the approved temperature settings of the thermostat to be suitable for our comfort level. My mother needed a disabled parking spot and we were happy to have a disabled space right in front of the room. CONS: Carpet isn't brand new if that sort of thing concerns you but it wasn't a problem for our group. The downstairs bath has a slow drain and may need to be cleaned out? Would have been better if the washer/dryer were downstairs rather than upstairs as my mom, who manages laundry fine but stairs poorly, was irritated at not having easy access to it. Very minor things that kept the visit from being less than perfect: 1. We did not have a dishrag to wash dishes with....had everything else in the kitchen including an oven mit and drying towel but no dishrag. 2. it would have been nice to have a hair dryer in each bathroom 3. The hot water would have been even nicer if it were a touch hotter. 4. The floors are super slippery when wet nd no rugs are provided at the showers...make sure to have a step out towel handy or you may end up hurt. 5. Pool closes at 9 and apparently you aren't allowed to look around at the pool even without plans to swim if it is closed. Most parks close at 9 and many like to swim upon return...would be better with 11 pm closing time nm

Great Location, Bad Maintenance

The location is perfect for Disney/Universal and the property is lovely. However, I don’t think maintenance checks equipment unless you have complained about it. The dishwasher did not get dishes clean at all and the downstairs master bath tub drain was clogged. Hopefully, those things will be fixed.

When we arrived there was blood on the sheets and pillow case of 1 of the beds. Out of 5 tv's in the house only 2 worked. I contacted management to let them know of all the things broken, damaged or not working Friday and had to call again 2 more times they didn't come out until Tuesday afternoon. No apology for the inconvenience or anything. Highly upset.

Good for the price

The location of this townhouse is great if you are going to different amusement parks in the Orlando area. I will say there were not a ton of details on how to check in, but we figured it out fine. The townhouse itself is a good size. All of the bedrooms were big enough and the bathrooms were a good size also. The kitchen and living area is a little small, but we did not spend that much time there so it was fine. I will say that the carpet on the stairs and upstairs really needs to be replaced. It is very stained and I do not think even a deep cleaning can fix it. The only other negative I have to say is that there is a note on the thermostat saying that you can only have it between 72-76 for the cooling setting. Since it is very hot in Florida, I do feel like this is not adequate. Luckily we were there in the beginning of April, so it was not too hot so we were ok. The community pool was nice and not a far walk from the townhouse. There were enough towels and washcloths for a couple of days, but you will need to wash them if you are staying longer. There is a washer and dryer so that was easy enough. I know some have complained about that, but this is a rental and not a hotel so I knew to expect that. Overall this is a great townhouse and is a great value.

Will never be going back.

First off, there were not enough towels for everyone and some of them were even dirty. Second, the air conditioner wouldn’t work and I emailed the owner and texted numerous times and never heard back. We had 85 degrees in the house at all times and it was horrible. Lastly, the WiFi didn’t work. I emailed about the WiFi as well And they responded two different WiFi passwords and none of them worked so we didn’t have WiFi the entire time. We won’t be back.

Beautiful, Large Condo in Kissimmee

My husband, parents, and three teenage children stayed in this property for six nights during our most recent trip to Florida. We were very surprised and considered ourselves very lucky to find this four bedroom condo available over Thanksgiving. It was perfect for our family. It’s not easy to find four bedroom condos for this price! The condo was very clean. The carpet could use being restretched in a few areas, but it was fine. It is a self containing condo, so you’ll need additional toiletries, etc if staying for several nights. We used the washer and dryer and cooked in the kitchen, with no problems at all. This Prooerty was one of the easiest we’ve ever rented on VRBO-HomeAway. It’s a beautiful condo for a great price!! Thanks for letting us stay in your property.
