Our villa is located at Tuscan Ridge, a prestigious, quiet and beautiful community in the heart of Florida. It is just off US Hwy 27 and 3 miles north of I-4 to allow you to drive to Walt Disney World in 20 minutes or play a lot of world-class golf courses, some located just 10 minutes off Tuscan Ridge.

You will love the villa’s open plan design with cozy and spacious living room, with a view of the pool area and direct access to the pool through the patio door. The living room is beautifully decorated, with comfortable sofas. The master bedroom (king bed) has an ensuite bathroom and a direct access to the pool. One Queen Bedroom (2nd Master Bedroom) and two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. All rooms are equipped flat TVs. (ROKU TV) Large flat 46" Smart TV in the living room and 42" TV in the master bedroom. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The well equipped kitchen opens into the living area with a formal dining room for special occasions and to a breakfast room. You will enjoy a screened pool (optional heating available) and padded pool furniture. FREE unlimited local, regional and long distance calling across the U.S., to Canada and Puerto Rico and fast unlimited internet connection with free WIFI in the home and the pool area - all for your convenience. The pool is equipped with child safety fencing to help protect your children. The game room is equipped with billiard (professional grade slate pool table with a pool light) and a table tennis table with a fan light above.

The villa is privately owned and local support is provided through a professional and efficient management company.
