Best place ever to start the vacation with. The room itself had more than enough space with all the necessary accomodations in it. Very clean as well. If it wasn't already fully booked we would have stayed here the last couple of days, of our 3 weeks visit to Florida, as well. The rooms we will stay in after this resort will only be less of quality.

De appartementen zijn ruim en liggen op een centraal punt. Dichtbij restaurants en outlet centers. Helaas zijn de appartementen erg verouderd, inclusief de inrichting. De prijs is aan de hoge kant.

Top locatie, een aanrader. Kom hier regelmatig en steeds weer een super verblijf. Mooi zwembad, mooie ruime kamers restaurant en een tikibar. Goed bereikbaar, en een goede plek voor winkelen en de bekende parken zijn dichtbij (Disney en Universal) inclusief vervoer naar de parken. Kom hier snel weer terug!

Goede loacatie dicht bij Disney en de andere parken. Mooie kamers, ruim netjes en comfortabel. Heeft een mooi zwembad met een top terras om te genieten van de zon. En de Tiki bar maakt het compleet.

Ruime appartementen maar gedateerd! Kamers niet goed schoon, medicijnen van andere gasten onder het bed, haarkrullers van andere gasten onder de bank. De gratis WIFI is slecht en meestal is er geen contact mee te krijgen. Diverse keren niet in de kamer kunnen komen omdat de keycards niet werkten.

Prima appartement-hotel, centraal gelegen tussen outlets en pretparken. Het 2e Harry-Potterland is sinds 8 juli geopend en biedt het nieuwste van het nieuwste binnen Universal amusements parks, koop een dagpas voor zowel Universal studios als voor de Universal Islands of Adventure of een meerdaagse pas en reis tussen de parken in de Hogwarts Express. Begin de dag wel vroeg, de parken zijn zeer populair. Gebruik ook tijdens de dag(en) de Universal app die je op de hoogte houdt van de wachttijden. Met kleine kinderen; wissel amusement of strand af met de outlets.

It was quiet, clean and convenient. The room on was spacious and accommodated 7 easily. My only dislike was the blinds in the bedroom aren’t sufficient in keeping the light out at night and it was impossible to sleep late. However we enjoyed our stay.

Pros- great pool for kids with a water slide through a pirate ship. Cons- rooms are very outdated. The cleaning chemicals they use are very strong. The hallway smell very musty. Need options at each building to buy beverages or snacks versus go all the way to the one place they have in one of the buildings. Was told to guest services after I check in for a gift but waited 15mins no one was there so I left.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom suite and it was great. Plenty room for 7 people. The room had a washer and dryer, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a fully stocked kitchen. The hotel is older but very well maintained and 10 mins from the parks. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was a good size for the party we had however it was old and run down. It didnt feel extremly clean, it wasnt dirty but due to it being run down it felt dirty. We got a two bedroom for 5 guests but there wasnt enough towels provided to accomodate all of us. Front deak did bring more up after we asked which was nice but strange they didnt have it ready for the amount of guests the room was made to accomodate. The complimentary shuttle to the disney/universal parks was not convenient to us. The times they have to reserve get you to the parks after it opens and the last shuttle of the night is up to an hour or two before the parks close. The ahuttles also only have specific parks it will drop/pick you up from. So one of the latest shuttles only picked you up from Epcot which seemed like a pain if you were at magic kingdom until close. I understand not everyone stays open until close at the parks but they should give the option for the people who want to. We were with a group of 8 and no one used the shuttle due to the times offered. Parking lot was good and free which was nice since we rented a car to get to and from parks. The pool was a good size and heated. This is a good hotel for the location to the parks since it is close and very easy to drive to the parks. The uber cost about 12 to 15 bucks one way so it is reasonable. There is very limited food around the hotel in walking distance.

BLACK MOLD in the master shower, and when we complained, they did nothing to clean it!
