Room by room guide.

A tranquil safari themed family lounge awaits as you enter the villa, this area is equipped with a 5 seater suite high quality cream leather (3 seats electric and fully reclining, 4 x USB power ports) , 3 coffee tables and a 6 seat formal dining table. No TV in this room so you can relax in peace and quiet in this area of the house.

A lockable door leads to the double garage which has been converted into a games room with a top quality 8ft slate pool table and Stiga table tennis table, other sporting and exercise equipment is also available. Disney Pixar posters plus a 55 inch HDTV, Nintendo Wii with games and an LG Bluetooth Soundbar. Finally say "OK Google" to get all the information on weather, traffic and more from the Google mini speaker.
Please note there is no AC in the garage, fans are provided.

Next is the second combined living room and kitchen.

A 6 seat high quality leather suite with extension is complimented by matching artwork and floor lamps. The first 60 inch large screen smart LED TV sits ready for the whole family to enjoy with a LG 5.1 Blu-ray Home theatre system to give a great movie experience. A Google home hub is located on the side table to assist you and also shows who is at the door a via connected Eufy doorbell camera.



The kitchen is fitted with full-size oven, hob, new fridge freezer, microwave oven grill, airfryer, dishwasher (new 3/24) , Coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crock pot, Ninja blender. Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast bar with 4 stools a large dining area that seats 6.

The fully-screened pool is surrounded by a large deck. Collapsible table and 6 adult chairs, 4 Kids chairs and 4 sun beds are provided. The pool is east facing and has the benefit of the sun throughout most of the day with a shaded area for those who don’t like the sun. The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced and has a removable pool guard to keep the young ones from accessing the pool without anyone knowing.
The pool can be heated (brand new heater fitted Nov 15) if required for an additional cost of £135 per week (due to increased energy costs) that's approx $169 USD at current exchange rate or £20 / $25 a day if staying less than a week, please enquire for more details.

Completing the ground floor is the first en-suite bedroom featuring a King size bed, large built in wardrobe, matching side tables and a dresser that is topped with a 32 inch LG TV. This room is ideal for anyone with mobility problems being a King bed with an en-suite bathroom attached including toilet, bath and shower combo, hairdryer.

Climbing the staircase brings you to the landing featuring the truly stunning Stars wars themed Home Cinema Room features a 4 seater reclining chairs and 2 bean bag chairs for the little ones to enjoy the Sony 60 inch LED TV, Playstation 4 with 100 plus downloadable games (PS plus) and an Xbox one with 50 plus downloadable games( Game pass ) , Xbox 360 + a selection of games/movies and a 5.1 Bluetooth enabled Soundbar, finished off by a top quality Brusnwick Foosball table for the whole family to enjoy. Finally say "OK Google" to get all the information on weather, traffic and more from our 2nd Google Mini in the landing area.

The spectacular HUGE Master suite (23ft x 18ft) is entered from a set of double doors at the top of the stairs. This feature room comprises of a beautiful premium quality four poster king size bed, matching side tables, dresser, large walk in wardrobe and a soft touch fabric sofa with coffee table and a 50 inch LG TV and Blu ray player, Google home mini. This room is Ideal for those who wish to spend private time away from other guests in the house. The en-suite bathroom has his and hers wash basins, toilet, hair-dryer, relaxing Jacuzzi bath and a separate large walk-in shower.

A hallway at the top of the landing also leads to a separate utility room with washing machine (new larger model updated in May 21), tumble drier, Dyson V6 cordless vacuum, washing basket, iron and ironing board for all of your laundry needs while on vacation.

The first twin room is now a fantastic Star Wars Empire Strikes Back themed room with full wall decal and light sabers. The 2x white beds with matching side table and dresser topped with 24 inch LG smart TV , built in double wardrobe. An extra 2 x blow up ready beds are also available for children up to around 5 years of age.

The second themed twin room features the same quality white set and smart TV as the first twin room and is available as a remodeled Disney Frozen themed room or a stylish neutral room by simply changing the bed covers and artwork . Please indicate when booking which preference you have so we can arrange for this to be set up on your arrival.

Both of the twin rooms have access directly opposite to another bathroom with toilet, dual sinks and shower bath combination.

The third master bedroom has a white queen-size bed, matching side tables / dresser topped with and 24 inch smart TV, large walk in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, hair-dryer and a combined bath shower.

Other key features of this villa include.
24 hour monitored alarm system, 2 security cameras (external only) and door bell camera for your security.

Roku streaming sticks featuring Spectrum TV (streaming via internet) is available in the main living and room in all 5 bedrooms, home theatre room and garage.

Free super high speed 300MB Wi-Fi internet.

A key coded safe and laptop and are also provided free of charge to use during your stay.

For families with very young children a collapsible cot with bedding, stroller, stair gates and high chair which are also provided free of charge to use throughout your stay.

BBQ Grill rental is available via an external company at an additional cost, please enquire if interested.
We don't have our own onsite as guests leave dirty after use and they go rusty if left out in the humid climate.

Check in is from 4 PM on wards and checkout is 10 AM, an optional early check in or late checkout may be available depending on calendar and other bookings for a fee of £50 / $70 each.

The cost of your rental DOESN'T include free charging, please contact to arrange this and we can advice of additional charges based on the consumption of the vehicle.
