We sincerely regret you were not completely satisfied with your accommodation. Unfortunately, our records indicate that you did purchase a resort townhome and not a private pool home. We hope you will give us another opportunity to stay with us again in the future and I will personally insure you are placed in one of our many private pool homes, near Disney.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to review us. I am sorry to learn you were disappointed with the condition of the rental home. We did recently replace many mattresses and kitchen appliances, however, I will certainly communicate your feedback to the appropriate staff, conduct a thorough investigation, and address the issues raised. I regret we were not afforded the opportunity to address your concerns while you were staying with us. Regrettably, all I can do now is apologize and offer an explanation. For future reference, our check-out time is 10:00 A.M., late check-outs are available upon request. Our vacation homes are self-catering and are cleaned prior to your arrival and again, upon your departure. Daily maid service is not customary in vacation rentals, however, it is available for an additional fee. Our housekeeping staff usually excels in customer service skills and we are very sorry for your experience. Your comments were reviewed by the staff and we will use your feedback as a training tool to coach our housekeeping staff to make sure your experience is not repeated. The check in process is very different from a standard hotel and I regret you had difficulty with the instructions provided. We have over 100 vacation homes in the Kissimmee area and all of our homes have unique characteristics such as Disney themed bedrooms, water views, game rooms and spas. Therefore, the photos of the home you see on travel sites, is just an example of our many homes and do not reflect a particular rental home. I'm sorry you thought differently. We are currently reviewing the reservation process to determine a way to avoid confusion. Please know we sincerely appreciate your feedback, as this will effectively help us to improve the level of service at Elite Vacation Homes.
