This elegant DisneyArea Vacation House is conventionally located at a community near Champion Gate at I-4 Highway Exit 58, only about 15-minute drive away from Walt Disney World & golf courses and few minutes from Champion Gate shopping center, Publix super market, restaurants, coffee, golf, and gas station. Just minutes from I-4 Exit 58 provide easy access to Orlando area parks and attractions as well as Florida beaches on either coast.

The vacation house is a lovely two-story house with 3,406 square feet capable of accommodating 14 guests. You will find plenty of room to relax in this spacious vacation home for everyone! The house was renovated recently and just equipped with modern kitchen, floors, pool heater, heat pump, high quality mattresses, and big screen flat TVs to ensure your stay will be comfortable enough. There is a beautiful private screened pool with SPA overlooking a private spectacular scenic view in the back. You can enjoy the yellow sun light, blue sky, and green grass while swimming with your love ones in the pool or just doing nothing sitting in the spa! A game room with pool table is also available for your entertainment.

There are 7 bed rooms, 4.5 baths, a modern living room, a family room, a game room, and a private pool with SPA. The kitchen is fully equipped including all dish ware, cookware, utensils, and two dining tables for 12 seatings combined. A granite kitchen island can be used for additional dinning as well. Powerful washer and dryer are also equipped in the laundry room for your convenience.

First and last stay here. If the listing notes that this is a house in a residential neighborhood, I missed it. On practically every day I experienced the worst of what you’d expect in a neighborhood. Saturday/Sunday night, return from the park, there was a heated domestic dispute 2 doors down. Monday night, we all heard gunshots, followed by sirens.. as a combat veteran, I immediately recognized what I heard as gunshots, and way closer than I was comfortable with. The space itself was large, had many areas that it looked dirty, but was simply use of touch up paint on baseboards/doors that didn’t match. Upon arrival (space sleeps 12 if I remember from the add) there were 4 half rolls of toilet paper.. I guess what was left from the last guest. Not a single “Full Roll”. I went out and had to buy more as of Monday morning… 4 girls need to wipe. Also, signs all over the house with additional “rules” not listed in the post threatening to charge additional fees for everything from a toilet getting clogged, the space needed “too much cleaning” (as defined by who)? I followed all the rules to the letter. So far and was out the door by 0800. So far 24-hours later.. I’ve not been dinged with my deposit that they threatened (back to the signs) to do if they simply decide I didn’t check all their vague boxes. I am respectfully of any property I rent, but between the domestic (people screaming in the streets), gunfire, never. Minimal 45 minutes one was to the parks. Not CLOSE PROXIMITY!

Some people have no respect for the rules

When we first opened the house all we could smell was cigarettes smoke (NOT the fault of the renter — some people cannot follow the rules which is very said)It took most of the week to eliminate the smell. The house was well laid out with 6 bedrooms upstairs with 3 bathrooms, a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom. The pool which was very nice also had a bathroom. A large equipped kitchen, 2 eating areas and two large sitting areas accommodated our family of 11 very well. This vacation spot was about 15 minutes from Disney with a Publix and Walgreens nearby. This was a fine family vacation house.

February Break

Fantastic stay. Great location. Close to shopping restaurants etc. Lots of space, great bedrooms and bathrooms. There were 6 adults and everyone had their own space. Loved the kitchen. Check in was easy and minor problems were dealt with swiftly. Communication with property management was prompt. Overall great property!

Big house with more than enough space for everyone. Beds are comfy with extra blankets and pillows everywhere. Fairly clean but a couple small areas could use a bit more attention to cleaning details. Well stocked kitchen for dishes and pots and pans (could use a few drinking glasses, only wine glasses and plastic cups available currently and could use a few more basic pantry items like foil, liquid dish soap, etc). There was one spindle on the stair railing that was loose and kept falling out, an easy fix. The pool area was fantastic, the kids spent many hours splashing to their hearts content and the hot tub was a great bonus. The pool table/theatre room was a hit with the older kids and a great wind-down space for them. The littles in our family really liked the themed bedrooms and everyone else appreciated that every bedroom had its own TV for “me time”. It’s a nice distance from Disney, not too far, not too close (traffic can delay you but we had a rental car and would still be there within 30 min even when it was busy). The owner was fabulous at responding to questions and obviously very professional. Yes the property is not perfect and is showing its age in a few areas, but that being said our family felt it was priced right for the value we were looking for. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to our family and friends this massive house with all the necessities a family needs in a vacation home visiting Orlando for the first time.

Wonderful Family Christmas

We had a great trip. This home had ample room for our mixed family. We were all able to have our own space to sleep. The living rooms are fantastic for games and family time. The kitchen was nice to cook in and very well stocked with pans, dishes, coffee pots and so much more. We loved having the crushed ice and water in the fridge. We decided mid way to heat the pool and they were very responsive. They came over when we were out and the pool was heated that evening. We used the hot tub and the pool and had a great time. The kids brought their PS and enjoyed games in the game room on the projector screen. The hot water was ample for all of us to shower each morning. This was a great home for our vacation. Cleanliness is a virtue

The house is great in size and number of beds but the cleanliness is horrible. The pool was disgusting dirty. The house had dust bunnies and dirt everywhere. The game room had no air conditioning and was miserable hot and humid. The walls were so dirty my skin crawled. I have rented close to 30 houses now for family vacations and this house would have been perfect if they would just put some care into the upkeep. Our favorites were already booked so we took a chance on this house. Im sad to say i wont be staying here again.
