This is a self-catering vacation home. To help guests settle in comfortably, we provide a starter set of supplies, including:

-One roll of toilet paper per bathroom

-Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner)

No food, condiments, or seasonings are provided for hygiene and contamination prevention purposes.

📦 Online Deliveries

-USPS does not deliver to vacation homes
-Only UPS, FedEx, and DHL are recommended
-Some resorts may charge package handling fees or decline deliveries entirely

🏊 Pool Heater Information

-Price: $35 per day
-Minimum requirement: 2 consecutive days
-Maximum temperature does not exceed 95°F
-Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
-The attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi and does not have jets
-The spa can only be heated together with the pool and will have the same temperature

Please note:

-Pool heaters operate through heat exchange and may not function efficiently during cold weather conditions
-Refunds cannot be provided if cold weather prevents the pool from reaching the desired temperature
-The pool heater system includes automatic safety shut-offs during extreme weather conditions to prevent overheating

🚗 Parking Rules

Please follow Solterra Resort parking regulations:

-Guests should park in the driveway first
-Parking across the driveway apron is permitted as long as sidewalks and grass are not blocked
-Street parking is only allowed in marked spaces with white lines
-Commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, motorcycles, and recreational vehicles are not permitted unless temporarily loading or unloading
-Golf carts are only allowed if street legal and properly registered
-Vehicles parked outside resort guidelines may be subject to towing
