The Townhouse Retreat is a two level luxury town home located in Champions Gate. This upscale, high end vacation home benefits from luxurious furnishings, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with super comfortable, high end mattresses. All rooms have custom decor creating a unique theme for each room. This bright and newly built home has beds for 11 plus one (optional, additional cost) pack and play crib (12 in total). This home has the desirable extended lanai affording guests more outdoor space - only approx. 20% of the homes on this community have this much wanted feature. All amenities at the Champions Gate Oasis are included. Disney is a short 15 minute drive.

When you arrive at the Townhouse Retreat you will experience something special. The home's exterior features manicured gardens, a stylish facade and tiled roof. The interior of the home is professionally decorated and includes a HD 65'' Smart TV, with added premium channels & DVD/Blu-Ray player in the family room; along with HD TVs in all the bedrooms (3 bedrooms have Smart TV). All TVs are equipped with digital cable. The rear patio is extended with a Splash Pool and includes total privacy from neighbors. This home benefits from the optional extended rear deck so you will have plenty of space for loungers, an extended seating area as well as abundant outside dining space.

There are four bedrooms in total - one bedroom on the main level with a luxurious King Size bed (sleeps 2) with an attached full bathroom (mobility friendly). On the upper level, another luxurious King Master bedroom with full en-suite (sleeps 2): one beautiful Queen bedroom (sleeps 2) with space for one Pack and Play (sleeps 1), one bedroom with a twin bunk over full and a twin over twin bunk bed (sleeps 5). In addition, there is a further full bathroom to service these two bedrooms. All bathrooms have hair dryers. This as new vacation home will comfortably sleep 11 people in total (plus one optional crib).

The kitchen has upgraded tile and European style white finished cabinetry along with Granite counter tops and Stainless Steel appliances, USB ports, Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee System and Crock Pot. Your guests can choose to dine at the kitchen bar (seats 5) or the fabulous dining room table (seats 8) or around the outside patio table that seats 8. There is additional outside seating for 8, courtesy of the comfortable outside patio chairs & sofa. Also, provided is a small children's table with an umbrella. A lighted ceiling fan has been installed in the covered Lanai to help provide a cooling breeze; even on the hottest days. A gas BBQ Grill is also available (additional cost applies).

The home is also equipped with unlimited high speed Wi-Fi, flat screen HD TV's throughout, Blu-Ray DVD Player and unlimited long distance calls in USA and Canada. The super energy efficient home design ensures your total comfort no matter how warm the Florida sunshine becomes. User adjustable Electronic Air Conditioning (A/C) ensures a stable indoor temperature at all times.

All bathrooms are equipped with granite counter top vanities and the home offers almost 2,000 sq. feet of living space. There is abundant parking at the front of the home and you are just a short walk from the Oasis Clubhouse and all the amenities of Champions Gate. A high chair and 2 strollers are optional (additional cost applies) for the convenience of parents with small children.

At the Townhouse Retreat, you can enjoy all the amenities of the Oasis Clubhouse and Water Park - included with your stay (Fitness Center, Tiki Bar, Cabanas, Tennis, Resort-Style Pools, Family Pool, Lazy River, Water Slides, Swim-Up Bar, Water Falls, Full dining restaurant, Theater; Beach Volley Ball). In addition, the Clubhouse hosts a Kids Club with daily babysitting services available. There are theme days, movie days and facilities to host private parties. This is possibly the best on-resort leisure facility in Central Florida. Three Golf Courses run throughout Champions Gate and are available at Course rates (Pay & Play). There is also an 18 hole Golf Course in the community - the Country Club.

The Townhouse Retreat has a locally monitored security system (for your personal security) and Champions Gate is a gated community with 24 hour gate guard security at the main gates.

You are close to all attractions as well. Disney is 15 minutes away, shops are 5 minutes away. Universal is 30 minutes. Bush Gardens is 1 hour. LEGOLAND is 45 minutes and interstate 4 (55) is 5 minutes away.

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The home was clean and the kitchen was full of everything you would need for a long term stay (appliances, dinnerware, detergent, etc.). The house has been maintained very well, especially considering it’s a rental property. The instructions when checking in and out were clear and concise, with every detail included. Andrew was extremely quick with responses when we had a question. We never used the pool, but it looked well maintained and clean. The neighborhood is very busy, but security is exceptional and it was quiet. If we come back to visit we will definitely stay here again.

The home was extremely well stocked with towels and all of the kitchen supplies you could ever need. It is a short walk to the Oasis clubhouse which was a huge hit with my son. The neighborhood has everything you need to stay for a week and not get bored. We will definitely be back.

The house was very nice. I loved the fact the kitchen was 99.9% fully prepared for any kind of cooking (baking, stove top, crock pot, etc). One item we didnt find was a measuring cup. Also, there were no wash cloths for bathing which we found odd. We did go purchase some from Target. Overall we had a very nice stay. I would stay again in the future.

A Perfect week

I cannot say enough good things. My sister and I only have each other left after losing our brother 3 years ago. Since then we decided that we would be together every year on the anniversary of his passing. So the week is special for us and I wanted to make her stay extra special. She flew in from NY and all she wanted to do was a lazyriver. I reached out to several places in CG but many didn’t include the Oasis Club. Such a blessing to find Andrew and Gus unit was walking distance to the lazy river & club house. We could not have had a more perfect time.

We spent a large portion of our stay at the parks. I found the management of the property to be very fast to act on any issues that we had. It was clean, the pool was clean. We slept in the bedroom on the ground floor and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We typically have a tough time sleeping on rentals but this was fantastic. There aren’t any wash clothes. There were nice towels and hand towels as well as beach towels for the pool. Kitchen was very well stocked. You need the come coffee maker fillers not the large circle ones. Could definitely use another sofa in the living room but overall it was just what we needed. .

Great Job!!!

First, I have to give a 5-star rating to the host, Andrew Sweetenham. This guy puts the "response" in "responsive. He answered every question I had, even a couple that were sent very late at night. This is how VRBO should be done. We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was just as described. Lots of space for the family, and very close proximity to Champions Gate Oasis, where the kids enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the pool as well as the tasty dishes served at the on-site restaurant. Our only hiccup had to do with actually getting through the gates, especially in the evening, when the line of cars would back all the way up the main road. This seems to be a thing with Champions Gate in general, though, but we dealt with it just fine and would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointed 😔

The property was nice, however l, the furniture was extremely worn, the barstools were peeling. The sofa in the living area was old and extremely worn and needed to be cleaned also. The sofa too small for our family of 7 to sit and enjoy a movie. The place needed a thorough cleaning, I immediately had to sweep the floor and wipe the cob webs of the light over the dining table. We had to wash the pans, apparently the pans were not washed, there was oil still in the pan from the previous person that used them. We had to kill several bugs in the bathroom and kitchen areas. We had to kill bugs on the stove and counters as we tried to prepare our breakfast. after seeing the bugs no one felt comfortable after that. We were really hoping for a better experience. 😔

False Advertising

We stayed in the house for about 10 Hours. Upon arrival (which was very hard to find at night) the house had an awful odor that was very hard to ignore. The downstairs Powder room had a seal that indicated it was clean but had black stuff all inside it. When we went out to look at the pool, the parties that were going on were so loud and the deck area smelled so Strongly of weed that we couldn’t be outside. These parties went on all evening. We awoke the next morning and left the home. The owner simply said I should have looked at the welcome manual for noise complaints. Nothing was said about the smells or cleanliness. We weren’t offered any money back. Not even the cleaning fee which we should have. I am so disappointed since we spent months planning this and lost out on our full amount of money.

Awesome Experience

We had an awesome time. It was a birthday trip for my grandsons. The home was clean and spacious. The area was great as well! Management responded to questions and concerns quickly. Overall everything was great!
