Our Chatham Park villa is a 3 bed vacation rental ideally located off Highway 192 near to Medieval Times & Walmart & just minutes away from restaurants, parks & golf courses

Chatham Park villa has a private pool offering magnificent views over the lake and also boasts a south facing pool & in-built spa

Our villa details include:-

Stunning fully screened pool area with south facing heart shaped pool & spa. Private deck also has a large covered dining area with ceiling fan to allow for dining al fresco. Comfortable outside furniture is provided along with beach towels

Master bedroom has king size bed, cable TV, safe, ceiling fan & large walk-in closet
En-suite bathroom has shower, hair dryer & straighteners

Bedroom 2 has queen size bed, cable TV, Xbox, ceiling fan & ample storage space

Minions themed bedroom 3 has a comfortable double and twin bunkbed ideal for all ages with ceiling fan, Netflix/Amazon Prime & PS3

Shared bathroom is situated between bedroom 2 & 3 & has a bath & shower

There are two sitting areas within the villa. The formal lounge area has 2 comfortable sofas perfect for putting your feet up & relaxing & a PC with high speed internet access, WIFI, webcam & printer. The family room is equipped with 3-piece suite & large 50" TV , Blu-ray, PS3, Wii, DVD & music system. Child alarmed patio doors lead out to the pool area

Dining area has a large table which can comfortably seat 6 people
Kitchen is fully equipped with all usual appliances including waffle maker & George Foreman grill. A second table allows for informal dining

Garage has been converted into a games room with an 8 foot pool table & foosball. A conversion top allows the pool table to be quickly converted into a table tennis table. Bar stools & a fan have been provided for extra comfort. A washer & dryer are also located here

location is fantastic,
Location is fantastic, walking distance to the 192 and a short drive to the parks. We stayed for 2 weeks and apart from one night were it sounded like a concert was being held on the next estate it was fairly quiet and we felt safe. Cleanliness: At a quick glance the property looks clean and well maintained, look closely at ceiling fans and shower heads for example and you begin to notice that things are being missed from the cleaning schedule. Property condition and facilities: The air conditioning didn’t blow through any of the bedroom/bathroom vents which was a shame, the living area was cooler than outside temperature though. There are a selection of fans within the property that can be used to circulate the air.Pool: The pool itself was as expected, a broken sun lounger, some tired tables and very dirty floor in the patio area spoiled it but we worked around it. Communication with property manager:Queries were dealt with and resolved speedily especially considering the time difference.Accuracy of listing: Outdated photos, TV’s are listed as having access to Netflix etc but on some TV’s we were unable to access the services as there was no logon details/they weren’t part of Netflix household, No hair straighteners as listed.The formal lounge is listed/shown as having 2 sofas, but there is only one. The family room is listed as having a Wii, there is a Wii U in the 3rd bedroom but nothing in the family room which is a shame

Beautiful spacious home convenient to Disney
The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Would be perfect for a family spending a week or more in Orlando. Comfortable beds, lots of sitting areas, in a nice safe neighborhood. The only thing that was a smidge disappointing is that we didn't understand that a spa was not the same as a hot tub, so the spa was a bit chilly after a long day at the parks.

Fabulous
Loved this home! Close to all the attractions, yet still private. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning while watching the wildlife. There IS an alligator in the lake, so beware. We also had a soft shell turtle visit us, as well as a lizard that we named Kissie. There are plenty of games, books, and TVs to keep the kids occupied on rainy days, but we were blessed with mostly sunny days on our stay. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa, as well. We will definitely return!

I stayed at the property in early December for a 4-day business conference at Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and 2-days with my niece and her daughter at Disney. Although I was not home a lot the house was beautiful and as advertised. The pool was heated and had them turn on the Spa. Used them a couple of times late night, well worth it. For billiard players there is an 8-foot slate billiard table in garage. House is close to OCCC, Disney and other attractions like Universal Studios. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again if ever in Orlando.

The perfect spot.
Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Convenient to many amenities in the area, and all the theme parks. Enjoy the privacy of having a house to rent instead of a hotel room. My family and I go to Orlando every summer. This will be a new hotspot for us!
