This 2-story town house (3 bedroom) is located in Kissimmee, Florida at Venetian Bay Village Resort a gated luxury villas middle of all famous attractions, minutes away from Disney, Universal Studios & Sea world. Close to shopping malls an hour of drive to beautiful beaches,Cruise ship port & Kennedy Space centre. Unit is equipped with dedicated High speed internet (Wired & Wireless) LED TV in all rooms (Roku smart TV, stream all your favorite shows) , full kitchen, including Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer plus washer /dryer ,iron & ironing board etc.. offers high-speed WiFi in all rooms, Canada & US long distance call, local TV (Streaming) services and more… This gated luxury resort community is strictly monitored by 24 hour security. . stay at Venetian Bay a highly recommended vacation resort you will love it !!!!

The community has large shared child friendly heated pool complete with fountains, gardened seating areas recreation center and sun-deck. There are also three additional pools within the resort. Adjacent to the main pool there is a club house including a TV room, library, internet café, business centre (small charge) and fully equipped fitness room. Additional amenities include secure play ground areas for all ages, tennis, basket ball, beach volley ball court and BBQ facilities.

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay! My kids loved having their own space, the community was fabulous, the amenities that we had access to were amazing and the communication with the property manager was excellent! The cleanliness wasn’t to my homes standards but it’s a rental property so I think that is to be expected. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if a trip to Florida was in the books for my family and me!

This property needs a refurb, en-suite needs ripping out for a refit. Skirting boards looked dirty flooring looked dirty. Sink unit kick board held on by tape. Towels not fluffy look old. Stained chairs in the living room. Uncomfortable sofa to sit on. The cleaners don’t clean very good there was crumbs on the floor in front of sofa Living room TV sound crackle a lot. Coffee tables under the glass top is a metal rim it has a thick layer of dust. Main bedroom stained carpet. Pillows didn’t look clean they was yellow and stained. Interior doors spills and stains down them. Chipped mugs and plates. Work tops chipped and marked. Cleaning team don’t clean this place very well.

Lovely home away from home

If you are looking for pristine and posh, look somewhere else. I read all the other reviews prior to our visit, and I roll my eyes. Why would anyone would expect luxury at this amazing price!? This property may not be pristine, but it is well loved, comfortable, quiet, and served as our home away from home while we were in Florida! We LOVED it! It was exactly what we were looking for! The only downside is that we were hardly there to enjoy it because we were out and about town. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful end to each day! We didn’t even find time to use the tennis courts, gym, or play volleyball. We are already hoping to plan another stay! I highly recommend this little home!

Lovely pool area ,but condo is worn out ! Everything is either worn out , broken or dirty . Kitchen is poorly supplied. Carpets are dangerously dirty . Sofa is broken .Counter tops are burned and broken .Only four chairs yet advertised as suitable for eight people. Not enough towels , face cloths , dishes , cutlery , glasses ,only one of four light bulbs work in the bathroom ,Very disappointing for the money spent . And the refrigerator has to have a bowl in side to catch the drip .

We stayed a month and enjoyed our time here. Beautiful grounds with several small pools scattered around the property with a wonderful heated main pool with hot tub. Easy to interact with local owner of our unit. Unit met our needs but is a bit dated. Would go here again.

The price and location to the pool and hot tub are nice. The condo is mostly unclean and decorated with garage sale specials. If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep, if you can tolerate the upstairs beds, and shower this is it.

Overall experience was just ok. I have stayed at other properties in the area, and spent less money, and had a much better vacation stay!! Getting back on the property after being out daily was headache and time waster. Property grounds were mostly clean Getting rid of trash and trash disposal was also a bummer🙁. You literally have to drive to the dumpster daily. Mind you there is only one dumpster for the entire property! So the dumpster is running over with trash along with bags of t4a

Great owner but he needs a new property manager/cleaning crew.

I feel so sorry for the owner who left his home in the hands of whoever manages his property. Being a homeowner and landlord myself, I realize that not everything is the actual homeowners fault and I hope this is enough for him to pursue a charge back for the lack of services he is paying for. 1- The property is listed as a luxurious vacation home. It is far from it. The sheets were the cheapest, dingiest, lowest quality thread count and had body hair on them. The pillows were stained and flat. The towels were all mismatched, and not plush at all. The bathroom rugs were nasty and worn out. The couches were so wore out that you could feel the wood digging into your legs when you sat down. We couldn’t even sit at the table bc the base was so wobbly, it had a glass top and every time you touched it, it would sway back and forth. Laminate was peeling off the the fixtures. 2-The floors were absolutely disgusting. Our feet were black within 30 minutes of taking our shoes off. The hand railings and walls were filthy, one swipe of a baby wipe turned it black. 3- The “high speed internet” was hit or miss. When it did work, it was very slow, even after rebooting the router. There was no cable, you had to use the spectrum app and they had no channels that were worth watching. 4- For a week long stay, we were given 1 extra trash bag, and a roll of the cheapest toilet paper. Also the one roll of paper towels that were supplied were dollar tree quality. 5- The dishes in the cabinet still had food stuck on them. I understand that they aren’t sanitized but there were still dirty! There were also multiple knives missing, and when you have young children in the house it’s a cause for concern bc they could be anywhere. 6- multiple lights were blown out and we had to use the lamps instead. 7- The AC didn’t work. We had to open up the doors and turn the fans on in order to cool the house down. For the amount of money we paid, we were expecting to at least have a clean property. The area is nice and is close to everything, but it seems as if the homeowner is being swindled into believing that his property is being properly cared for. This was the most disgusting rental I’ve ever stayed at thru VRBO and I would never recommend it to anyone else until it gets a complete overhaul. It’s a slap in the face to pay as much as we did and get the lowest quality effort. This is not luxury so please stop listing it as such!
