CLUBHOUSE PASSES
ChampionsGate is a gated community. Before arrival we register your stay through the community's guest system and send your clubhouse passes electronically. On arrival, register your vehicle at the main gate. Please have your confirmation and passes ready.

PARKING
Up to 6 vehicles: 2 in the driveway and additional parking on the street in front of and alongside the home. Please do not park on the grass or block the sidewalk.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Check-in 4:30 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee when there is no same-day turnover — just ask.
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM. The community has 24/7 roaming security patrol.
• No smoking anywhere on the property, including the patio. No pets.
• No loud parties. Family gatherings and small events must be pre-approved by the host.
• Primary renter must be 21 or older.
• The home has stairs; the bedrooms 3–8 are on the second floor.
• Pool heat is included. The spa is heated with the pool.
• Trash goes in the bench bin outside the front door — valet trash pickup is twice daily.
• Please keep the themed duvet covers in their matching rooms.
• Grocery: Publix is 5 minutes away. Disney, SeaWorld and Universal are about 25–30 minutes by car.
