HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

ONLINE PURCHASE:
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

Nice house except outdoor grill.

House was nice. Prior to our stay, we added the fee to use the grill. After we arrived, we stopped at Publix to pick up groceries, got back and realized the grill had no gas. I was told I could either wait 24 hours for a new tank to be delivered or go exchange the tank myself. Obviously we had to take option B if we wanted to finish cooking the dinner we had already begun preparing. In addition, the fridge had a list of additional purchase items on it, one of which was the grill with a rental fee less than the amount I was charged. I called to get a refund for the difference and receive compensation for having to leave to go get gas but instead I was told the price went up. I explained that the advertised price was clearly displayed, with no indication of increase or change and I should only be charged what’s advertised. They were unwilling to compromise or compensate me for the lost time and aggravation of having to get a new tank. Let’s just say I will never be using Master Vacation Homes again due to their lack of customer service.

Great house and management!

The house was clean and so well stocked with everything we needed, and the management was quick to respond to our questions, which I have found is not always the case. Highly recommend Master Vacation Homes!

Work Trip

Our group of five traveled for work and chose to stay here rather than a hotel because it was more affordable. The check-in process was very easy and the home was very clean. The furniture is exactly as pictured (in the past we have stayed in homes offered by different people and the furniture was downgraded from what was advertised). The kitchen had nice appliances and dishware. The home has everything you need to cook meals. There is some construction going on in a neighboring community but it did not disrupt our trip. We didn't hear any noise. Overall, the neighborhood was quiet but there is a lot going on on the main roads close to the house. There is a pool and barbecue grill. The heat for the pool and grill are available at additional costs. Bed linens were clean but the mattresses were too hard, however, that did not interfere with anyone's sleep. There are rules/reminders posted in various places around the home (fridge, thermostat, etc.). Our group will use this property in the future.
