'I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I ASKED FOR EGGS AND TOAST AND WHATEVER MEAT THEY SERVE I DONT NEED ANYTHING ELSE. THERE REPLY WAS "WE ARE NOT DENNYS" ... I DECIDED NOT TO EAT AND LEFT EARLY THAT MORNING. IVE BEEN TO MANY BED AND BREAKFAST AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE FOR A SIMPLE BREAKFAST REQUEST. NOT COOL AT ALL.'

'Pool is green . Rooms are dirty and beyond livable even for moments . Requested a refund after paying due to dried blood on lamp shade roaches on the floor . Mirror hanging from door and tub brown in color from some kind of stain . Was told at the front desk I would get a refund then later company emailed me saying I would not with an explanation of nothing was going on in hotel . Which was not my complaint was the people prior to me checking in complaining of being approached by someone...

'The surrounding area looks economically depressed and we had some initial concerns about safety. Check in was easy. We were provided with two keys for the front door and room door. The house is well maintained and in keeping with original design. We stayed in the wine and roses room which is next door to the kitchen. If you like to sleep in, this is not the room for you due to breakfast noise. The breakfast was good and timely. There was a hot option (bread pudding and chicken and herb sausage)...

'We spent a night here on our way back from Canada, and the hotel was great! Right off I-90, the rooms were spacious, and beds were comfortable, they also offer free bfast which is a plus! There is also many restaurants within walking distance of this hotel.'

'The hotel is situated in a good location. There is a few restaurants within walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful. My only complain is that there is no free coffee in the lobby. It is nice that they have it in the room but if the housekeeping doesn't clean your room you have to refill on the coffee or cups. Thank for the two bottles of water in the room.'
