Two bed very comfortable apartment with air conditioning (air conditioner operated by coin meter). It is 30 minute walk to the beach and all amenities such as shops, super markets, restaurants (Italian, German, Chinese, Indian and Egg n Bacon & Fish n Chips), pubs bars, e-cafes or just cafes, doctors, banks and go-carts, 5 minutes (by car).
Sitting room /dining room has a dining table with seating for four and a sofa bed. There is TV and DVD as well. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY.

The balcony has table and chairs, and an attractive swimming pool is available. For your peace of mind the apartment is well secured with alarm system and entry through a grilled door.
Whether you want to relax by the pool in season, want to relax or walk along the sandy beaches, swim in the warm, lovely blue Mediterranean Sea, explore the many unique shops in the TORREVIEJA town centre with its harbour and promenade, visit the fair, go to the Aqua Park, take a boat trip, go clubbing, line dancing or salsa. There is plenty of night life. TORREVIEJA has it all.
There is a colourful attractive street market and funfair all year round by the sea side in TORREVIEJA town. There is a promenade walk going into the sea (about a mile walk).
Just 50 minutes away from airport Alicante or The apartment is close to many golf courses and TORREVIEJA town. There is a new airport Murcia - Corvera.
This area Punta Prima has developed into a township of its own through only 2 km from the main town of TORREVIEJA.
Fully air conditioned, Wi-Fi equipped and furnished to a relaxing high standard the spacious sitting room has a dining table with seating for four and a sofa bed that can doubles as a bed fir a fifth person. The digital TV and there is a DVD with some films provided. The new kitchen is well equipped with microwave, toaster, electric kettle, gas cooker and fridge. All kitchen utensils and cutlery and glasses are available. The neat toilet has bath, power shower with hot and cold water. A washing machine is available. The double bed room has a double bed, other room has two single beds and bed side cabinets, large fitted ward robes and storage space, and air conditioning.
A family friendly attractive and clean well maintained swimming pool with kids’ area is a daily must to use!
A car will be useful for family and is recommended. Taxis are reasonably cheap.
TORREVIEJA has some of the largest street markets in Spain and every Friday, people come from miles around to pick up a bargain from clothes, shoes, electrical, household, fruit and veg or even a spit roast chicken! You will find it here- but if you miss this one there is a street market every day some close by. It’s fun!
For beach lovers in this Costa Blanca region of Alicante there are miles and miles of Blue Flag beaches starting only few minutes by car from the apartment.
Golf: For the golfer there is a large selection of courses including the championship Vila Martin course. Within short distance are the Las Rambles and Campiamor golf courses. La Finca and Quesada are new golf courses a short drive from the apartment.
