Check in was easy, plenty of bars and restaurants at Punta Prima bridge.A lot of walking if you don’t have car, but we enjoyed it.

Great stay
Lovely clean apartment great value for money. Ideal for what we needed apartment was clean, comfortable with a great big sun terrace at the top! The complex in itself was well maintained and the pool area too was lovely and clean just what we needed after a hot day for a dip and cool down! Great communication from Kath we really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely penthouse apartment
Excellent penthouse apartment, very clean, all you could need for a family holiday. I would say you do really need a car, although there is a good sized Aldi and a few restaurants within walking distance. I knew the location before I booked so this is not a negative.

Last minute trip
We booked this apartment just 7 days before we arrived. Communication with Kath was great, quick responses to my queries. Kev was waiting when we arrived and talked us through the many keys, tv controls, wifi etc etc. Everything was just as described and we settled in very quickly. We had a car so although the area is a few kms from the beaches we were able to get about ok. I think a car is essential. We used the roof terrace every day to soak up the sun and relax. We had one problem during our stay, the tv satellite box wasn't working. We contacted Kev, who lives nearby, and a new box was installed the next morning. We will definitely return to this apartment when we return to the area, thank you Kath.

Grundsolides, funtionales, sauberes Apartment.
In dieser Jahreszeit (Winter) hat die Klimaanlage Schwierigkeiten gegen den kalten Fliesenboden und die Betonwände anzuzeigen. Nur mit dicken Socken und Hüttenschuhen gegen kalte Füße und allgemeine Kälte angekommen. Die Dachterrasse ist einfach herrlich. Hier haben wir viele Sonnenstrahlen genossen. Für mich sehr ungewöhnlich war der Betrieb der Klimaanlage. Diese war nur über zwei Euro Stücke zu betreiben. Woher nehmen? Kaum ein Geschäft in der Umgebung konnte uns diese wechseln und so bestand eine Sorge des Tages darin an dieses Geld zu kommen. Ließ sich mit einigem Engagement lösen. Da ich im Urlaub gerne koche, hat mich das alte Schneidebrett aus Plastik sehr herausgefordert. Ebenfalls der Pfannenwender. Evtl. durch Holz ersetzen?! Eine funktionierende Dunstabzugshaube wäre auch nett gewesen. Doch das sind Kleinigkeiten. Das Haus an sich, hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback. We are sorry you had problems with working some of the appliances. They are all in working order and the air con also gives out heat. The key holder is very close by and is available at all times to help with any problems. The booklet in the apartment also has full instructions so I am very sorry you did not realise there was help close by. Happy that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you

Lovely apartment in a quiet location
Rented this apartment as it was close my mums house. It is situated in a quiet location but still close to local bars and restaurants. Due to the location access to own transport is highly recommended to explore the wider area.

Limpio y ordenado. Muy acogedor, en general muy buena opción de vacaciones. Tenía equipo de sillas para la playa y sombrilla. Por poner algo aejorar, el menaje de cocina escaso, faltaba una cafetera y la sartén muy vieja. La televisión solo cogía canales extranjeros.

Très satisfait du logement
Un très bel appartement répondant aux besoins d’une famille, très satisfaits de notre séjour. Rien à redire sur le logement si ce n’est la qualité du wifi qui était quelques fois embêtante et la climatisation qui n’a pas une autonomie assez longue pour 2€ mais ça reste un très bon logement dans l’ensemble et nous avons décidé de revenir l’été prochain. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt.

Great apartment, just as described
We had a lovely time at this property. Communication in advance of the visit was good and the logistics for key pick up etc were very smooth. The apartment is well equipped with a/c units in living area and main bedroom which was great given the July heat. The location is great for access to bars and restaurants in via park 3. A car is definitely recommended

Semana Santa 2022
Hemos pasando unos días de semana santa fantásticos. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables de descanso en familia. Lo mejor la tranquilidad de la zona y la estupenda terraza con sus vistas llena de luz... Nos ha encantado disfrutar de los maravillosos atardecederes en la terraza. Comunición perfecta y fluida con propietaria y persona encargada del apartamento. En general muy contentos. Unicamente mejoraría los colchones, por lo demás, de 10. REPETIREMOS :)

Fabulous views from the rooftop. Peacefully situated with a lovely balcony for relaxation.
This top floor apartment is situated in a lovely quiet road, 5 minute walk from Aldi. The views from the roof across the Spanish buildings and lakes, as well as mountains, is just stunning. The sun loungers and outdoor table and chairs got used a lot. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the simple Spanish life. The outdoor balcony was lovely to sit at in the mornings with a cup of coffee to watch the odd person pass by out on their morning walk. The air conditioning was there if we needed it, but the temp was perfect so didn't use it in the end. The bathrooms are very clean and easy to use. The rainfall shower is lovely. Personal preferences: Some new mugs might be a good idea as some of the other cups have chips in. Unsure how old the double mattress is but this may need replacing as my husband and I kept rolling into one another. We didn't hire a car as my parents live around the corner so we used theirs but it may be useful to go further afield for exploring. I walked the kids to the beach one day (4.3km), stopping at coffee shops along the way, lots of restaurant choices along that route .

La verdad que ha estado muy bien en todos los aspectos, por poner una pega los colchones serían mejorables y el monedero del aire acondicionado iba solo con monedas de dos euros que eran complicadas de conseguir, por lo demás todo genial para repetir.

ALOJAMIENTO GENIAL VACACIONES GENIALES
A mi familia y a mi nos ha encantado la estancia en este apartamento. La comunicación con la propietaria es rápida y eficaz, la recepción buena. La zona es excelente: tranquila, con aparcamiento, muy buena piscina, un supermercado muy cercano, aunque el coche es imprescindible para acceder a la playa o a lugares de ocio. Por cierto, la zona de Orihuela está compuesta por playas pequeñas divididas por calas, lo cual lo hace mejor si cabe. El apartamento en sí está realmente bien. En primer lugar se nota limpio y muy cuidado en la decoración y en el mobiliario. Los utensilios, los baños, la cocina, la TV... Todo está en perfectas condiciones. Es espacioso y no muy caluroso. Las opciones de aire acondicionado y WiFi son geniales y se agradecen. Y la terraza superior, es la guinda: muy amplia y con hamacas. Desayunar y cenar es gusto. De los mejores apartamentos que hemos alquilado. Pros: - la tranquilidad del vecindario - piscina y terraza - WiFi incluido - comunicación con la propietaria Contras: - coche imprescindible (pero en toda Orihuela es así) - terraza muy calurosa a mediodía (pero a esa hora estás en la playa, tienes la piscina o vas a comer a un buen restaurante). En resumen, muy recomendable. Y por supuesto nos gustaría repetir.

We had a wonderful week at Apt168. A lovely apartment, in a quiet residential area but within walking distance of amenities (supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants etc). Property as described on the website; good communication with owner in advance of stay, and helpful (eg, early check-in); meet'n'greet from keyholder on arrival. Recommended.

Had a great stay at this property, has milk and bread and butter from the keys holder, which was great until we manage to get to the shops. I did find a dirty cup in the cupboard and was unable to use one of the bathrooms due to a smell. But this was not a problem as there were two bathrooms.

Basic accommodation , but clean and quiet .
We have stayed at this apartment before. The apartment is basic but clean and that’s exactly what we were looking for. The area is quiet but that’s again what we wanted.There is an Aldiand a hardware store 5 min walk away if you need any essentials . Facility’s , could have done with more large bathroom towels and the shower unit in the second bathroom is very small , I’m 6 foot and 13 stone and couldn’t use it 😩.

Fab roof terrace
We had a great stay. The property is lovely and the roof terrace is fantastic. Various shops and bars nearby. Only a few minutes walk is the bus stop for the bus into Torrevieja if you want to go there. We went to the beaches in Torrevieja as nice easy bus run which stops right next to the beaches.

Excellent property which catered for all our families needs. You do need a car, but you can walk to the shops and local bars/restaurants. 10 to 15 mins max. The key holders and property owner are really nice and very helpful. I would stay there again.

lovely apartment in a tranquil location
Had a great stay.. apartment has everything you need for a great holiday. Lovely 360 views from the roof terrace with sun beds . Could not have asked for more. Aldi is just down the road for all your shopping needs . Various bars etc up the road . But away from it all for a quiet nights sleep . The communal pool is a stones throw away and kept very clean. Will definitely be back again recommend

Proper type was exactly as described in the advert.
Property was clean and tidy owner had left a folder with a lot of information regarding the area and trips that can be taken if you so wished. Kev the key holder also very helpful and helpful and friendly neighbours. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get away from it all this is the place. Bars and restaurants not to far away but far enough not to disturbe you. Would use again if available for our dates.

Excellent Dream Hills apartment
I can highly recommend this lovely 2 bed apartment. It is the second time we have stayed here. The owner was very helpful and organised transfers to and from Murcia airport. The apartment has great views from the roof terrace and we were lucky enough to have very good weather.
