Ballast Pint Bungalow is a one bedroom, one bath cottage located in River Dunes, an award-winning master-planned community that embraces gathering spaces, spectacular water views, and year-round boating. The cottage is within walking/biking distance to the Harbor Village. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed. The bungalow boasts an open floor plan with kitchenette including a microwave, mini refrigerator, Keurig, toaster and dining table. Wi-Fi and cable are included for the lease as well as all linens. This property does not have a full kitchen. Guests do not have access to the garage and must access the bungalow through the front door. Parking is only on the brick pavers at the back of the cottage.

Renters enjoy a Guest Membership at the River Dunes Harbor Club and have access to the community pool, clubhouse, and outstanding Club Dining Room. The Harbor Village features the new Yawl's Café, Red Rickshaw (a home interior boutique), Spa, Steam, and Saunas. The Provision Company in the Village has any provisions you might need. Come visit us in the sailing capital of North Carolina for fishing, hunting or just all-around relaxation. Harbor Club Guest Fees are specific to each home.
