Villa's in Orient Bay

'Villa Acropole was beautiful! The house looked exactly like it did online. The views were stunning & from arrival to departure we were taken care of & felt right at home. Perfect distance from the beach, restaurants & night life as it was just a 5min walk. I would definitely recommend Acropole & cannot wait to stay there again..loved the house! Johan was awesome & made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable.'

'Villa Kea was exactly like the description and the location was perfect. We could walk to the beach each day and even for dinner at one of the many restaurants in the center of Orient Beach. The pool was a cool relief after a hot day on the beach. Maly gave us many restaurant and shopping recommendations. She was available and very responsive when we had any questions. We can’t wait to book our vacation next year to St. Martin.'

'The location of this beautiful villa is perfect. Close to the beach and the restaurants in the village. All the utensils for cooking were there however we chose to enjoy the many incredible restaurants and beach bars. Anna was a wonderful host and provided all the information we needed. Her warm welcome was much appreciated. We would stay here again without hesitation. Orient Bay is awesome! And the food is out of this world!'

'We had a great time staying here. Some of the dishes, utensils and cookware could use updating, but all was functional. Bring bug spray for the mosquitos. Very good location being close to grocery and restaurants. A rental car is needed if you plan on going anywhere. The roads everywhere are narrow and there is no sidewalks. The views were spectacular.'

'As usual our property manager Moune was available and had the home ready. This property sits a few hundred feet from the beach but has its own pool. Quite comforting the water storage on the property since we have been on the island for many water shutdowns… everything was perfect this trip. We will definitely be back to hopefully stay in one of Moune’s managed properties.'

'Beautiful Villa with 3 spacious bedrooms. Pool was excellent. Kitchen has everything you need. Felt very safe here with locked gate. Host was always available if we needed and met us on arrival and departure. The town even had a water shut off that we didn’t know about and host came to turn on backup water beforehand so we didn’t have to do anything. Host accommodated our 9 month old with pack and play and highchair which was a lifesaver. 2 parking spaces, two beautiful bathrooms great showers....
