Welcome to the Tamaris ! your dream beachfront apartment at Orient Bay. Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, our apartment offers a unique experience blending comfort and breathtaking sea views.

Ideal for 6 people, it features 2 bedrooms with half bathrooms (shower and sink, no toilet) one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. Additionally, there's a spacious mezzanine on the upper floor with 2 separate beds or a king size double bed (this space is better for older children/teenagers or adults, stairs are a bit steep).The unit has one separated toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease. It opens up to a carefully decorated and spacious living room. Enjoy the sea breeze on the terrace while admiring the stunning view of the sea and Baie Orientale Beach.

Located in the heart of Baie Orientale Park, the apartment provides exclusive access to a double pool, is just 50 meters from the beach, includes a parking space, WiFi, and air conditioning in all rooms.

The prime location allows you to explore local culinary delights, shop on foot, and, of course, enjoy one of the island's most beautiful beaches right at your doorstep.

All linens are provided free of charge: towels, beach sheets, and bed linens. Cap Sxm concierge service will welcome you and assist you during your stay, organizing activities or helping with your shopping needs.Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water and power outages that can last for several hours. Please note that outages cannot be the subject of a partial or total refund.



The entire apartment is accessible, as well as the residence pool. A dedicated parking space nearby is provided for them.

The unit has only one toilet. There are 2 half bathrooms with shower and sink. The toilet is separated. Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water supply problems. Tap water cuts, low pressure of water. Especially the morning and the evening There may also be power and internet outages. (or slow connection) The island of Saint Martin has been constantly evolving since Hurricane Irma, so there may be new construction and renovations. These are the downsides of island life! There may be seaweed on Orient Bay beach at certain times of the year. We will not grant any discount or refund due to these issues beyond our control and the accommodation. End of stay cleaning is included in the price. If you want an housekeeping during your stay there will be a supplement. We put more bedsheets and towels for any stay of more than 14 nights. If you want a change of linen during your stay, it will cost 20 per room (towel and sheets), 10 for only the sheets of a room or 60 for the entire accommodation Extra baby or extra bed, on request and subject to availability

No smoking inside the accommodation, allowed outside. Barbecue not allowed. Pool access during the day. Respect for neighbors. Respect for the environment.

On the first level: a guest toilet, a bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom (shower and sink), a second bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom (shower and sink), and a living room with an open plan kitchen. Access to a terrace with sea views. On the mezzanine (steep stairs!): two separate single beds or a king size bed (your choice). Access to the residence's swimming pool. Direct beach access. Wi Fi, air conditioning, and one parking space. PLEASE NOTE: there is only one toilet in the apartment.
