« Très bon accueil »

« At check in we noticed an almost empty roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. No extra rolls. Went to front desk and they said someone would be up shortly. They never arrived. Used clenex tissues that night. Next morning advised front desk we had no TP. Was told housekeeping would be right up. No show again. Started walking around looking for housekeeping. Found one lady on our floor. Told her the issue. She wouldn't give me any off her cart. Told me she would run to the supply closet and go...

We were told Expedia inventory was never accurate. So then why do they use Expedia if they are so unreliable? No other hotel availability in the area, so another $90 Uber ride back to the airport to stay overnight in the terminal for our early morning flight. « They provide a weekly cleaning schedule for those staying for longer periods of time. Location is great there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the highway. Residents are quiet and respectful. They have laundry facilities. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. »

« Horrible check in, extremely rude front desk agent. My family of six arrived at 4:30PM an hour and a half after check in! And we were told by this robot that all the rooms with queen beds were dirty and we would have to wait another 30 minutes to go to our room. Imagine being out all day with small children and all you want to do is get to your room and relax and then some employee who should be working for the DMV tells you yeah you're going to have to wait offers no explanation offers no...

« All aspects of the experience were satisfactory, with the exception of the bathroom door and the air conditioning unit, which appeared to be somewhat obscured. I would be pleased to return should the opportunity arise to visit Denver in the future. »
