'The Hotel is very nice, and the staff was extremely professional, however the local area is very active at night, a lot of foot traffic and suspicious characters roaming around, they have made some good policies for keeping the inside and lobby area secure, but I was constantly worrying about my vehicle and cargo in my trailer. If they could fence up, or secure that parking then I could give the a full 5 stars.'

'I usually can't sleep in motels. It was quiet. Even with all of the dogs I saw. The breakfast was great and runs till 10am which is nice. I loved seeing families eating together at the tables. The hot tub was great and clean. Everything was wonderful. Best motel I have stayed at and I'm going back when I need to! Oh and it was the 4th of July and so we ran away from where we live because we thought it would be quieter there and we were right! So glad we came there! We'll be back for new...

'Knus hotel in schattig, Amerikaans dorpje. Kamer ziet er prima uit, wel aan de kleine kant. Badkamer is gescheiden van de kamers, maar voldoet aan alle eisen. Wifi werkt uitstekend. Enige nadeel is gehorigheid, zowel van binnen het hotel als van buiten. '

'Front desk staff was friendly and attentive to guest requests. Postcards available at the mini store. Clean rooms. Ample selection for breakfast. Pool area clean with towels provided. Jacuzzi good temperature but jets were weak.'

'Edgefield is a very special stay. We had a warm welcome and absolutely LOVE the food and libations served here.'

'Prachtige grote kamer met Kingsize bed. Bed was te zacht naar onze smaak. Ontbijt was redelijk uitgebreid. Zwembad zag er niet aantrekkelijk uit; het water leek niet helder en vanuit de ontbijtzaal kijk je zo het zwembad in. Veel keuze aan restaurants op minder dan 5 minuten lopen. '

'I prepaid for a standard room with two queen beds at this Travelodge. I picked this hotel and prepaid because I would be arriving late. When I arrived at 10:30 pm, the clerk checked us in to a small room with one double bed--she did not even tell us about a change to my booking. Also, the room had no functioning smoke alarm--the alarm was beeping (later the clerk "fixed" the alarm by dangling the wires from the ceiling). 'Staff was rude, room was dirty, kitchen didn’t work neither did the stove. Worst hotel in my life. Makes motel 6 look like a 5 star hotel.'

'Everything was really good, breakfast was good but no options for seniors who don't eat as much. For example, an offer of one egg with sides or eggs with all sides added. I had to leave most of the potatoes and bacon.'

'Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The pool was beautiful, though we personally prefer an indoor pool to protect from sun and other weather. We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised. Staff was very pleasant.'
