Upon arriving in the the clerk wasp the phone so I’m standing there no acknowledgment of my existence or a simple I’ll be right with you. I retreated back the my vehicle to get my phone and she was still on the phone after several minutes.
Staff was very unhelpful I attempted to check in at 2:39 only to be told that there were no rooms available. And then advised that check in was as 3:00pm. When I stated that it was only 20 minutes away, she then stated that there was only one housekeeper working at that time. I waited the 20 minutes then attempted to check in Property Manager Theresa assigned us to a handicapped room that had a very foul smell. I’m not sure if she done this on purpose but here shift ended at 3:00. So we ended up changing to a different room. The room was not properly cleaned heavy dust throughout the room. Dead bugs on the floor, extremely heavy build up of ice in the refrigerator freezer. The tub had heavy dirt buildup inside the tub. I took numerous photos of the condition of the room. I know this is not a 5 star hotel but the condition of the rooms were substandard at best. Not all of the staff the young lady who assisted us in changing our room was very pleasant and helpful. I have stayed here several times in the past and never had a problem with the staff until my encounter with property manger Theresa.
