Autumn short stay

Lovely well appointed home which was our base when myself and two colleagues were attending a 3 day conference. Very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Heaps of cupboard space in the bedrooms to totally unpack. The central heating was great for the chilly mornings.The two bathrooms were a bonus! We had 3 cars which we parked right outside the front gate. Breakfast was enjoyed at the Cafe directly across the road! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay albeit short! Terrific location, cafe across the road, probably a but over 1km from the main centre for food but still close enough to a few venues to walk to such as the newly renovated Glenstone Hotel. The house was super clean and heating was perfect. Overall top place to stay.

Ambrose Cottage

This property is a genuine delight- great location, spotless, pretty, well appointed and comfortable with a pleasant rear garden as well. The house was lovely and warm to walk into too. We only booked for one night but will definitely be back for a longer stay.
