Séjournez dans nos appartements de vacances à Orange City

« Very cleanly, cute apartment and cute area with great shops and food. Although the house directly next to it is under construction and quite loud, overall the loft itself was wonderful🙂 »

« Very comfortable. »

« Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them. »

« Loved everything here »

« We stayed one night after an exhausting 8 mile kayaking adventure. The property was safe, clean and just as described. The only thing I didn’t realize when I booked it is that the condo was on the second floor so we had to go up a flight of stairs. The beds were comfortable and I was very impressed with the bed linens and pillows because they were nice and it felt like home. I didn’t get a check-in/welcome email from Vrbo like I usually do so I called the property owner and she was very...

« Everything was incredible and the owners were extremely helpful and accommodating! Would stay here again 100%! »

« That property should be condemned. That laundry room needs a new washing machine. The washing machine has to be unplugged, allowed to power off, and then be restarted. Even then that washer is still difficult to start. The apartment itself was livable for a few days but not more than a week. The location is wonderful in downtown Sanford. I honestly would not recommend renting this place again. »

« Cozy and comfortable and very clean »

« Needs updated. Looks like it had some type of water leak and it was never repaired. I was highly disappointed but stayed anyway due to the fact that I had rented from them before and know this was not »

« We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. A fun unexpected bonus was getting to enjoy some band practice from the kitchen windows and backyard area—it added such a cool...

« Property was great except for the fact that the entire place smelled of pet urine. Couldn't stay. Had to cancel. Very displeased »

« Very unique rental. Location is excellent within walking distance to the lake, dinning, breweries, music, parks and historic district attractions. Rental was very comfortable for us and our two small dogs. Beautiful park right across the street where we could walk our dogs. Nice well equipped kitchenette, great shower with plenty of hot water and a very comfortable bed. Slept great. »
