Jarrod is an awesome host. Flawless check in and easy check out. Great location. Overall property doesn’t wow you at first glance but definitely a gem of a condo. Couldn’t have been happier. If you are looking for a great pool experience, The Palms should not be your first pick. Small and limited seating. However private beach area allowed for a great experience. Not crowded and easy access to and from. Overall experience 9.5/10

Amazing orange beach condo

This condo was exactly as pictured, so spacious and 3 bathrooms was amazing! We spent every morning drinking coffee and watching dolphins! We’ve never seen so many dolphins at any other condo before! Kitchen was stocked and beds were comfy, perfect for my husband and 3 teens! The beach access was so close as well, we will definitely be back or recommend to friends!

Perfect beach vacation

Great family getaway, enjoyed the balcony view every morning and evening after a day on the beach and then pool. Grand kids always asked every morning if we were going to the big pool (ocean) or the small pool first. The condo was so well laid out with the main living areas including kitchen large and open with a beautiful view. Easy access to the elevator to get out to the beach. The balcony was where most of our inside time was spent. Always knew the the 3 and 4 year olds were safe to go in and outside with us watchIng from the kitchen. Everything was perfect.. we will be back.

We absolutely loved this unit and it’s location! The owner was amazing and so helpful. He answered any and all questions we had! The condo was beautiful and so clean! The view was amazing! We were able to see the dolphins several times. Our kids loved it! The beach wasn’t over crowded or busy! The beach chair rental guy was super friendly and made it easy! The check in and out was a breeze! The elevators worked great! I loved the smaller building and not having an overly busy area! This was one of our most relaxing and easy vacations and my whole family loved it. The beach was so beautiful! The condo was beautifully decorated, so comfortable, and had everything we needed! We were right by lots of great restaurants! The owner was wonderful and I just can’t say enough about how great he was and how great this condo was! We will definitely want to come back and stay here again!! Thank you for a wonderful week for our family!

4th of July Family Beach Trip 2024

We loved everything about this condo!! There was plenty of room for everyone inside and the balcony was massive. Several of us enjoyed the fireworks down on the beach, while the older folks enjoyed them from our balcony. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!! Lovely Condo and experience!

Condo is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Loved having 3 full bathrooms. The balcony was delightful for relaxing, meals, and board games. We truly loved our stay. Condo building management were great! They cleaned, patrolled, and kept everything nice. The condo owner, Jarrod, is a great communicator and provided a lovely vacation home experience. We will be back.

Great week's stay. Incredible property, great beach decor theme, very clean. Property is in a great beachfront location where you can easily walk along the beach and grab lunch at CoastAL. Host is very responsive, property management of the Palms is great at keeping the lobby and restrooms clean. Would highly recommend.

Totally Satisfied

We could not have asked for a better condo and host for our annual trip to Orange Beach. The codo is just is just as listed on line. This 3 bed / 3 bath condo is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything... I mean everything, including a large boiling pot and a roaster for cooking a turkey. The beds are very comfortable and two of the bedrooms have in-suite bathrooms. All three bedrooms have access to the balcony...another great feature. Jarrod is a great host and is very prompt and helpful answering emails in almost real time. This is our 2nd stay at this condo and will surely not be the last.
