Very nice resort. The building and grounds were well maintained. Beautiful lobby. Our unit had a few issues. The 2 lounge chairs were broken and leaned to one side. The frying pans were in poor shape. The utensils were sparse and very cheap. However, our master bedroom bed was very comfortable, loved the large tub! We also loved the outdoor patio sectional. Would love to come back

Excellent condo, terrible wifi

The weather was horrible, which is beyond the control of the condo, but relegated us to the indoor pool area. The condo was fantastic! Clean and very beautiful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Unfortunately, because of the weather, we were also spending a lot of time inside and trying to play games on our phones together. This was impossible for how terrible the wifi is. We also didn't have cell service within the building, which is crazy because we have Verizon and have service basically everywhere. Because the wifi was so bad, we couldn't even make phone calls from our phones with wifi calling. They recommended we restart the router, and then when that didn't work, they contacted the provider and asked them to reset the modem. We were advised that we had too many devices connected and that's why the connection was so bad, but we booked for 10 people and only 6 showed up. We had 8 devices total connected. There's no way that the condo is meant to host 10 people but 10 people can't be connected to the wifi at any one time. The TV didn't work in the main master. The rental company was very apologetic and responsive though, but the wifi issues pretty much ruined the experience for us. If they could fix that, it would've been perfect!

We all enjoyed the stay. Beautiful views, the unit was well decorated and stocked with necessary items. The bed was not the most comfortable but Over all, this was a very nice and enjoyable getaway!

The elevator situation at check in was ridiculous. Check in was at 4:00 we got there at 5:20 and waited almost an hour and a half. Other than elevator waits it was a great experience.

Beautiful condo! Very clean

Beautiful condo! Very clean. I'm OCD and very germophobic and didn't feel the need to come in and clean as soon as I arrived like I've had to do in other properties. Very spacious, comfortable beds, beautiful view of the ocean, the kids loved the lazy river, outdoor and indoor pools, and hot tub. It was perfect for the whole family. We had everything we needed. Only cons were that cell phone reception was poor in majority of the property, but I'm glad to have had a break from the phone calls. Wifi worked good. The parking garage is a bit dangerous, a lot of blind spots for entering and exiting the garage, but I think it's still under construction. But by far the best property we've stayed in. The pictures don't do it justice. I would definitely book this condo again.

Great condo, awesome amenities….one warning

We loved our stay at this spacious condo. Be prepared the internet connection is not good. You can watch local channels and the extended cable with Cartoon Network, FX, HGTV, etc. but Netflix or other streaming services didn’t work on tv. We only really had on in the later evening. Bring a DVD or two for a movie option or stop at RedBox at the grocery. Be patient w elevators at times. We anticipated. Kitchen was well stocked. I suggest a pair of tongs. Comfortable beds. Love that we all had our own bathrooms! Fabulous view. Great for gorgeous moon nights, and sunsets. Communication for check in and check out was great. People at front desk were helpful. Easy access to beach and lots of activities to do. Would stay at this location again!

Very nice property with minor exceptions. There were problems with internet that resulted in a all out. Maintence was required to come out and replace a light bulb.. one of the chairs on the deck fell through with me and the remaining chairs were thread bear. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work and the person who came out had no idea how to fix it. The modem was sitting on the floor in corner.

Great Beach Vacation Spot

Unit was very nice, super clean and there was great communication with the property managers. Beautiful view of the beach. Easy access to grocery and restaurants. Amenities were fun for everyone. Would be happy to stay there again.

what a great condo, and location! the pool and lazy river were nice and the property super clean as the condo itself. the tv in the front room to the left does not work, other than that, there were no complaints . Alabama Beach Getaways should be recognized for their outstanding communications and always checking in and making sure all was handled well and everything was ok thru our whole stay. amazing and cant wait to plan another trip!

Overalll great place.

Tv in den didn’t have enough cables to work everything . Tv in one bedroom would not come on. Little table between chairs was falling apart but we tried to put back together but needed some work. 2 floors above us we had issues 3 days in a row of kids throwing water, water bottles down. I reported to security 2times don’t think anything was done. Sliding glass door was very hard to open even for adult. Overall beds nice lots of room and kitchen well stocked. Great view and will be coming back! Thank you!

Beautiful condo with awesome view!

We had such a pleasant stay at this Phoenix ll West property. Check in and check out was such an easy process. We arrived late in the evening and the lights were on for a very welcoming experience after a long day of driving. Everything was neat and clean and in working order! The ocean view from the balcony is awesome and entertaining during the day and at night. The Lazy River and slide were truly a great bonus. We highly recommend this unit and would love to stay here again!
