This professionally decorated beach front home is located on the ninth floor and has three bedrooms and two baths. • Living area has a large flat screen tv and a queen-size hideaway sofa bed. • Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the accessories to prepare great meals. • Dining area has a table with six chairs with additional seating at the breakfast bar. • Master bedroom is on the gulf side with a king-size bed, black-out curtains, and a private bathroom. • Secondary bedrooms have queen-size bed in one and two full-size beds in the other. A bathroom is located between them. • Patio has a table with four chairs and a fantastic view of the boats going through the Perdido Pass. • There is a full-size washer and dryer.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
