Feel your toes in the white sugar sand and the sparkling water of the Gulf! Phoenix East is a great complex with gorgeous views, right on the beach that offers you a lot of ways to have fun. Located in Orange Beach, Ala. near the Perdido Key Pass and the Florida-Alabama state line.

The grounds include an expansive pool, kids’ splash pad, gazebos, picnic tables and grill area dotted with palm trees. There are two hot tubs and indoor swimming pool located next to a large window that overlooks the pool area and two saunas for men and women. There are lighted tennis courts, basketball and shuffleboard, and indoor racquetball court, as well as a fitness room. The entrance and grounds have beautiful landscaping and a gated entrance. The entire complex is secure and has on-site security.

Unit #304 is located on the west end of the building, with easy access via the main entrance elevator and features key less entry.

This unit has been recently redecorated adding all new porcelain tile floors and new furniture. There is a king size bed with new mattress in the master bedroom, two double beds with new mattresses in the guest room and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Each bedroom has its own private bath with a walk-in shower in the Master Bath and a tub and shower combination in the Guest Bath. The kitchen is well equipped, including a Ninja Air Fryer and a 4 qt. programmable slow cooker to make family meal preparation quick and easy. You will enjoy WI-FI, cable, flat screen TVs (50” Smart TV n the living room, 42” Smart TV in the master bedroom, and 43” in the guest room) along with DVD player in the guest room. For your enjoyment, there are games in the living room.

Step out to the balcony from the master bedroom or living room and take in the view while enjoying a drink or a meal at the hi-top patio table. There is floor to ceiling windows that offer you a view straight out of a magazine.

Across the road from Phoenix East is San Roc Cay Marina and shopping center, along with Reel Surprise fishing charters. Bikes can be rented and delivered to the condo.

Provided in unit for our guests: beach chairs, beach umbrella and stand, (2) tennis racquets and balls, (2) racquetball racquets and balls, a basketball, and kid's sand toys.
